A college was very beautiful to see and other activity technical even extra curricular activities are very beautiful and they will improve our lifetime
My teachers are very responsible and friendly. their teaching methods are superb. so i liked the course very much.
Fes concession and scholarships are a big relief for people like me who were from middle class indian family.

Dislikes

The only one thing I am disappointed in the college is the poor infrastructure.

University College the heart of Trivandrum

Campus provide library for each department...which is a beneficiary for scholars.
As the campus was at the heart centre of trivandrum most of the expos programmes were also conducted in our college
As the college belongs to the first grade colleges in Kerala, the faculties were very efficient.

Dislikes

Lack of maintenance of the building and proper cleaning. The ameneties are not much helping for the entire students.
Poor administration and lack of planning, which make the campus in the hands of dirty politics.
Lack of water source, drinking water also in a miserable condition., stray dogs in campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion my course MA History is very very traditional. As a student who learn this could only became a Lecture by the syllabus and curriculum. But the improvement in archealogy related pracrical sessions and multi-subject learning by blending it with more geography and politics could make the course more effective and also job securing.

The faculties of Institution is very good dear very friendly and help us engaging in all activities. Usually conduct discussions on several topic that are from inside and outside of the syllabus. And conduct seminars on various relevan topics.
The college atmosphere is very good very refreshing. Campus life is very good and all other facilities like library, playground etc. All departments have separate library and also we have a General library that's a good thing. Various programs are
College is very good in academics as well as arts and sports. During the previous year we have a lot of ranks in academic level. During the previous arts fest we were in the first place. Institution is the best place for competitors

Dislikes

Our college infrastructure is too bad many of our buildings are too old. There are chances for this buildings to be collapsed. There are only 8 properly working washrooms for more than 2500 female students. Most of the time there is no water.
Another important problem of our institution is waste management. We don't have enough places to dispose and sanitary napkins and machines to collect napkins If in case of emergency. Not enough taps for not enough apps for washing hands after food
Our college is a government institution and there are always political problems between rivalry political parties and this may affect students education sometimes and we have to stop classes because of these political problems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is mainly based on contemporary relevant issues. Neither than a revised version our syllabus is mainly based on self thinking rather than spoon feeding. Most of the peoples in our syllabus are very related to the real world issue such as gender, environment problems,culture etc. In this curriculum provides are different Framework for us to look over the world. Is curriculum provides a different view and we have to change our perspective to look the world through which we study our papers. The areas of improvement on this curriculum is mostly the curriculum is only speaking from human perspective but we have to take the world as a whole. That is the only point of improvement that I can find out in this curriculum. We have three hours to complete a exams. The difficulty level of the exams is almost 8 in a scale of 10. I think a half an hour should be provide for students because sometimes we will be blank.

Atmosphere of the campus is good for study.
Well equipped Library facilities available.
Well maintained canteen facility available.

I dislike the College politics in there. Its too bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because post graduation gave much opportunities now a days so i take pg. There are 18 + staffs in each department. Minimum qualification is having a degree. Semester system.. Exams condicted in every 6 months.

Amazing college to shape your future

Admission:

Getting admission to this college is very easy. The forms are to be filled online. The students get the admission to undergraduate courses on the basis of marks scored in 12th class. Whereas the admission to post graduate courses Like M.A is based on the marks percentage scored in graduation or B.A. The minimum percentage required to get the admission to any MA course is 45% in the graduate course B.A.

Excellent College

Remarks:

Political party activities is the major drawback of my college. These parties destroy the beauty of mg college. The main attraction of the college is , it is situated in the heart of the city. Also transportation method are available anytime to my college.
