The college has a positive environment and it aims to groom its students in the best possible manner. The college faculty are sincere and dedicated. They are always there to help you out. The most important thing that the college emphasizes is to inculcate a sense of discipline in the lives of its students.

Our college is a great college in all respects but few suggestions I would like to list some of the suggestions that the college can improve in future :
1) Improvement of faculty members
2)Installions of A.Cs in all the classrooms
3) Modifications in college hours in winters as it becomes too painfull to get up at 4:30 AM and attend the college right at 6:00 AM.

College is overall good as it provides it's college brand name after the completion of the course which is very helpful while making the resume for applying the jobs. The college's strictness help us to stay focused towards our goal.

Saint Xaviers Ranchi being a government college is also autonomous and the only negative thing about the college is it works as a government office you have to run for job to be done. Otherwise the college is great and the best in the state of Jharkhand.

The only problem is the timing of the BCOM m and attendance. The college starts at 6am! Yes you read that right. Also the attendance is minimum 75% and you get 2/5 marks for that. The main strength is the brand name of the college.

No all thing I like in my college many friends are being their all of them are good teachers are all supportive and nothing is free in college all things you have to pay the money and then you get the benefit
