Following the third term, students become eligible for summer internships. Post the internship, the final placement process commences with over 50 companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Last year, the highest package reached 20 LPA, the average was 12.67 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA, resulting in a 100% placement rate. Upon completion of the course, my aspiration is to pursue a career in the fields of finance and business analysis.

Currently i have the data of 21-23 batch so as per that records the Average would be around 12.67 lakhs and highest was 20 lpa and in thata batch the palcement are 100 %. My plans is to get a job through campus placement .

The course we have opted for is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and most of our faculty members are PhDs or have been professors in top B-Schools of the country. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:10.

From 2nd year, we become eligible for campus placements. The highest is 19 lakhs and the average is 11 lakhs. We have got hundred percent placement on our campus. I plan to work in the financial sector as a financial analyst.

Yes, the campus holds the record of 100% campus placement. The students become eligible from the 5th semester onwards to appear for final placements. There were 50 companies who visited for the batch 2020-22 which increases every year by around 30-40 %. Some of the major recruiters are Aditya Birla Capital, PwC, Cognizant, EY, GatiKWE, ICICI bank, Hitachi, HDFC Bank, etc. The number of offers made was 157. The highest package offered this year is 18 Lacs per annum and the average package that is being offered currently is 11.5 Lacs. The profile offered are mostly in marketing at 60%, followed by finance at 14%, HR, analytics, and operations at 17%, 7%, and 2%. The college has a record of placing 100% of its students to date. After getting the degree, I believe to gather experience and know how the corporate and start-up world runs and thereafter use all my knowledge, to build a team for my own start-up that I have been planning for a long time.

The placement process is usually student-driven. Members from the companies interact with the students through business thought leadership sessions, guest lectures, live projects, and other corporate forums. Student profiles and other relevant details are shared with the companies in the form of a CV stage. the company performs a pre-placement talk series giving insights on the prospective future of the role and position including career growth. Applications are invited and resumes of interested applicants are shared with the companies and further shortlisting occurs where the company performs A selection process.
