SRCC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students become eligible for placement from 5th smester. Anyone with good academic records can sit for the placement. The companies recruits employees through interview. The top recruiting companies are EY, KPMG, Delloite PwC. And the best roles offered are in the field of finance management and consulting. The highest salary package usually offered is 30-32 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3-3.5 LPA. Around 65% of students get placement last year. Srcc provides limited courses, only in the field of commerce so placement rate is really high.

From the second year itself, students start preparing for placements. The highest package to date has been 32lacs and the average package ranges from 6-9 lacs. Very big and famous companies come for placement and almost 99.9% of students get placed.

Students become eligible from 4 Semester for campus placements. More than 100 Companies have visited the campus for the recruitment drive. Diverse profiles are offered like Financial Analyst, Business analyst, Consultant, Marketing executive and many more. students have cracked packages with the highest Rs 31Lpa CTC and average packages being 8.5Lpa.

Students become eligible after completing the fourth semester for the placement. Companies like OYO, Mckinsey, EY, AT Kerney, KPMG etc visited. I am not sure about the number of offers that were made. Not sure about the percentage of the students who got placed.

Placements offered by SRCC are yet another reason why many students want to join this prestigious institution. One becomes eligible for placements during his/her final year. There are various companies such as EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, Bain and Company, Zomato, etc that visits the campus for recruitments offering packages ranging from lowest 5-6L to highest 32L during my time. I don't have the accurate data because of the current pandemic but approx 45% of the students got placements. Though I did not sit in the placements due to my plans for further studies and preparation for UPSC.

Since it is one of the major college in Delhi university it has contract with many blue chip companies like jio, Amazon, Flipkart, reliance ,Tata etc and provides campus placement offers to their brilliant students for internship training and recruiting but average students need more hard work to achieve success.

Our placement cell is active throughout the year with providing not only internships but also placements after graduation. The eligibility is for both Bcom Hons and Eco Hons. The highest package that was offered last year was 33 lakhs. I plan to do pursue an MBA degree after my bachelor's.

SRCC is known for its placements, and amid this covid pandemic where unemployment is emerging as a new challenge, the highest package of the placement of this year is 35 lac. The placement procedure has gone the same as it used to happen before covid, the only difference was it was all online this year.

The placement percentage of the college is around 95%. The average salary package offered for freshers is 1.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered can be up to 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1 LPA . All interested students get internships in various companies like Wipro , some food and water industries and also in various biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Some of the top recruiting companies include indoco, BCIL, Lal Pathlabs , Biocon etc. Top roles are mostly offered in the research and development wing of industries and PhD supervisor, principal investigator, quality control, clinical analysis, etc.

Campus recruitment in SRCC is very good. The percentage of recruitment is awesome and students get even 31 lac+ p.a. packages in their third year. If we compare to other du colleges so we can get that SRCC has the best recruitment process and percentage.
