This is among very few colleges in Kolkata which provides combination of both Journalism and Mass Communication along with Film Studies subject. It is the rarest combination and this college provides it. So I choose this college.

Our college is one the best goverment college for girls in south kolkata. It is also situated near to my house so it is time saving to join this college. The fees structure is also quite cheap for a middle class family.

I got chance in this college as I got my exact subject combination which I wanted but I wasn't so interested as this college is very far from my home and I have to travel so much. I heard that this college has good faculty of teachers which was suggested by one of my family relative who told me to try this college

I choose this college as it is a girls college and earlier also I have studied from a girls school as my family doesn't allow me to study in a co-ed college and many of my school friends have also taken admission in this college. The college is 20 minutes from my home so I don't have to travel so much and I also heard about that this college has good professors
