BIT Deoghar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

7th semester. Centralized placement system at BIT Mesra, Ranchi. 65+ students got placed. Highest package- 14 LPA(software development-Samsung R&D), Average package(6 LPA). Percentage of students getting placement- 60%. - Working as a data scientist.

Placements are really good, companies like Mahindra, Birla soft, Accenture come here, people eligible go for placement at BIT Mesra main campus and get good offers there too, 80 percent of students get hired.

Campus placement starts from third-year till the end of the fourth year. Placement is excellent in this college. The highest package of 43 lacks an average of 13 lakhs. Minimum package of 3.5 lakhs. 92%students get placement and the best placement is from the CSE branch

The admission was done based on the JEE rank. After completing 10+2, I appeared for JEE and my rank was somewhere around 9000. Comparing the NITs and BIT, I found BIT to be amazing. I later visited the college and finalised my admission.

The college does not consider any grades or any other entrance test. The admission is solely based on you JEE rank. My JEE Mains rank was somewhere around 9000 and the NIT I was allotted was not satisfying. I started looking for better options and I came to know that i was eligible to get an admission into BIT and I immediately chose to join and finalised my admission.

It was close to my hometown and also it offers the degree from BIT Mesra Main Campus. The stream of Computer Science is booming and hence the placement opportunities are also commendable here which includes companies such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, One Plus, Oracle, Samsung etc. I'm currently placed in Amdocs via campus placement.

The college is really good. The fees is maybe a little high but in the end its really worth it.

Birla Institute of Technology Extension Centre - [BIT], Deoghar for my b.tech program from Computer Science and Engineering has given me an opportunity to study the subject of my choice. The supportive faculty really made the b.tech that is known to be the toughest education an easier one.

Being a part of Birla Institute of Technology Extension Center,Deoghar I have learnt to keep my skills to their best use. With the support of the management and the seniors I have really done my research work here.

The overall infrastructure of the college is well maintained and really peaceful.The college has all the facilities for its students and has been recognised institute for its academic front.The college provides a great exposure to students and has excellent placement opportunities for them.
