VIIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

•Over 120+ companies visited campus and 1500+ students placed (as per official college website) •The highest package for the year 23-24 was reported to be 54lpa and average being approx 7.8lpa. •No. of students placed is slightly is less approx 70 percent since some of the students opt for higher studies some have thier start ups while some of them don't qualify as per company needs. •After getting my degree I would personally wouldn't go for higher studies and will try for campus as well as off campus placements.

Placement of VIIT are good. Neraly 85% were placed last year, but in the current year,the placement rate has gone down. But as comapred to some other colleges and due to recessions it is not bad. From 6th semester students are elligible for campus placement and Internships offes from 3rd year. There are many companiesn like Infosys Technology,Cognizat,HCL,Wipro Technology,Avaya,UBS, NVDIA, Amzon, TCS, Accenture FDS Infotech etc. companies are visited to college. The highest package in last year was 41lakh LPA and Aevrage is 6.5 LPA. In the current year highest package offered 51LPA and avearge is 7.5LPA. I plan to get placement from college in between TY and first sem of last year. After my degree I plan that i countinue to work in IT industry.

According to the college records their is 100 percent placement in the college. Now looking for package then the one who tooks efforts from first sem do innovative projects develops skills gets good package as per his or her expectations. In short if you took good efforts you definitely get good placement in college.

From 6th semester we are allowed to take part in placement process. The eligibility is vary based on the company some companies have cut-off of 7 CGPA, some have 8 or 8.5 it varies. Some of the company names that visited our college are IBM, blackrock, infosys, MSCI, seagate, siemens, wolters, etc. each company gave offers to 5-20 students. Average package is around 6lakh/year. Around 60% students get placed the ratio has decreased after COVID but now the ratio is becoming better day by day.

The placements of college is pretty good even after the recent recession the college is trying its best to bring the most of the companies to college for campus placement. Palcemnet for college do start in 6 semester itself. I myself has given 3 interviews for placement before entering to final year. College is doing its part well but you also need to be that credible so that you can make most out of the opportunities college is providing you

For my college in good amount of student placed mainly from cse and it branch good package available from reputed company like Nvidia tcs Infosys 80-90 percent are placed from my college and also opportunity for star up

I took artificial intelligence and machine learning in computer science and engineering because I am curious in learning the artificial intelligence and machine learning I would like to do projects on it.

yes there is on campus placement around like 75% students get placed. after the internship which mostly in 6th sem you can get after this you can eligible to get placement. which is started in 7th sem to 8th. Be aware that you need to to have good cgpa plus coding skills

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements . various good mnc do visit in our campus for my batch highest package was around 17lpa For the Ifineon Company and avg package for computer is around 8-9lpa

The students can apply for placements through the training and placement cell from the 6th semester which is in the 3rd year. Many startups and big companies like Microsoft and Amazon visit the college and mass recruiters like Wipro, and Accenture also take part in the placement procedure. 60-70 % of students get placed every year although the placement percentage is very low for people from core branches like civil and mechanical. I plan to join the Indian Airforce for which I am currently preparing.
