You have a 70% of placement we get good companies. we have the best facilities in the laboratory
Yje sports aref the best in my campus we have inter-comptations and out side collage comes and give compi'to us we are very happy we have great facilities in sports .

Dislikes

In the college, hostel should provide the poor facilities to the students.
Previously gmrit is known for its placements but due to recession and gradual increase in unemployment the placement rate has completely degraded so to overcome this the college is trying to employ the students in its own companies.
Boys and girls washroom are side by side which is insecure those locate in civil block and mechanical block

We have the placement in 5th sem onwards, and the highest package is 25lakhs from civil engineers. but we have to maintain a minimum of 75%cgp for getting eligible for placements. but Maximum all are goto the software side only. very least no goes to core jobs

The students are eligible for the placement from the end of the 6th semester onwards. Infosys Wipro TCS cognizant, etc. Companies visit our college and 95% of the Students are placed in college placements. the highest package in this academic year is 41.5CTC from CSE for Amazon Company.

A highest package of 40LPA

Placement Experience:

Most of the students are getting placed in the 3rd year 2nd semester. this year we got the highest package of 40lpa on Amazon. 95% of students are getting placed in campus placements. the average package will be around 7 LPA if you are it background student .companies like Amazon, Accenture, IBM, TCS, vurtusa etc are coming for hiring the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose my course information technology on the basis of my own interest. In gmr the faculty is good and the faculty-student ratio is around 1:30. The qualification of ass professors is minimum MTech and all the professors are PhDs.the exams here are quite good and there is good time available before exams to prepare and write exams well.

Placement Experience:

After 6th sem onwards students become eligible for campus placement. Companies visited are Amazon,cognizant,Infosys,Wipro,virutsa,Tata,Tech Mahindra,cerium,global logic,Hexaware,Bosch,Faurecia,etc. A total of 80 + companies visited in 2022. In 2022 highest package was 34.3 lakhs as a system development engineer in Average package is 4.48 lakhs per annum. The percentage of placements is 95% in 2022. My plan is to become a software engineer.

Placement Experience:

Everyone will get the job no doubt about that why because the college management will talk to companies who are visiting the campus and will do the mall practice and I think in my branch everybody will be placed. And if you and your family are economically backward then better to join the companies otherwise go for the higher studies.

Lateral entry is available in GMR COLLEGE

Yes, lateral entry is available in this college for the B.Tech course. The eligibility for the same is 10+3 along with the scores of the ECET entrance exam.
