An all inclusive review of KIT's College of Engineering, Kolhapur

The yearly fee is about 108000 for the open category. Then discount is given category wise. But the main issue is that no matter how good you are in your grades, you won't get a scholarship if your annual income is greater than 8 lakhs. All the concessions are fees are bound by the condition that annual income must be less than 8 lakhs. There is a TFWS category for fee concession where top students of that class are given a scholarship. As my family's annual income is more, I didn't get any scholarships.

Good college

Fees are around 1 lakh per annum now. Various scholarships like OBC, SC-ST, EWS are available here. Also, central sector scholarships are available. Panjabrao Deshmukh scholarships for hostel students are available.
