Likes

Judgement free environment one is allowed to wear walk and talk without hesitating
The faculties are way too supportive and nice

Dislikes

Work and assignments are given at very peak crucial time of jury
Exhausting time table of full day college so you dont get anytime for you

Campus Life:

Campus is quite little in comparison to other colleges but internal affairs and everything vibe ia quite nice we have some ceratin clubs such as social club, literary club, cultural club and sports club we have an annual fest named SPECTRUM which is common among all the nifts in India taling about classrooms they are fully ventilated and air conditioned we have an annual aports gathering of all the nift named CONVERGE in which 50 students for each nift participates in games and competitions are held and every year one institution is a winner

Life in NIFT

Likes

The architecture, environment is very impressive
Takes you to field trips which are very nice for the course

Dislikes

Fee is a bit expensive for a middle class person
After few you also need to buy stationery which also costs a hefty anount

Campus Life:

The annual fest is spectrum which is the greatest of all. You have competitions all over the Hyderabad colleges and the student body organizes it. The nift library which is the resource centre has a ton of informative books which are very usefu. Not only for the fashion but the books related to computer science gat clat exams also. We have all the facilities needed in the class for example white board . Smart board, machines everything you name it Sports are well and good, you daily have sports in the campus by the students. Volleyball throwball basketball futsal a badminton court table tennis chess carrom everything. We have clubs naming literary and dramatics club, sports club, cultural a club, social service club, mess club, social media club

There are 4 clubs . All the them are really active. Most of the events in the college are hostes by clubs. Cultural club hosts atleast one dj every month. But the college doesn't have any programs to interact with seniors like freshers

Life At NIFT Bhopal

There are so many events going on all around the gear which makes the life at nift a little less hectic and enjoyable. There are dance clubs, music clubs and other clubs too. The seniors here are so helpful and they're ready to help you anytime you w
The faculty, the best part of nift is it's faculty, the teachers are super experienced and can give you so much insights about anything you ask them.

Dislikes

The mess food, it's soooo bad I don't even eat many times
The life here is so hectic, most of the times you're sleep deprived

Campus Life:

The session for foundation year starts in august which is filled with festivals. Once you enter the college you have so many festivals and events all around the year. Especially in august, sep, oct. Life seems so much of a karan johar's movie. But then nov-dec the most difficult or I would say hectic time because jury hits. We have a very big RC (resource centre) which is our library. And all sort of books and magazines are found there. The classrooms have ACs and projector. Well lit a d maintained. We have clubs here but not much involvement.

In NIFT, you have freedom of Expression to express your thoughts, opinions and views.
The faculty is very well experienced here, their teaching methods are very effective and they do guide every child very well.

Dislikes

The boys to girls ratio is very low in here its 1:10 boy to girl ratio here
The campus size is very small as compared to other campuses of nift

Campus Life:

The college conducts fests named spectrum and converge. Converge takes place in the mid October and spectrum occurs in mid feb to march. This is very secular college and here every state festival is celebrated very enthusiastically. Our college has 4 clubs namely literally club, cultural club, social club and sports club.

The people and culture is very nice, they appreciate cultural events same as

The campus of Banglore is very small compared to other campuses
mess food is very bland but at the same time it’s costly

Infrastructure is descent, clubs are active all the time, I'm in cultural club and there are frequent events happening so the club is always busy, and there also other clubs social media, environment etc

NIFT SHILLONG IS THE BEST

Likes

At a very nice place, the weather, the mountains, the area.
The faculty is so much educated and experienced, their teaching methods is good.

Dislikes

I dislike that sometime the college is very far
There is a language barrier sometimes with people.

Campus Life:

Nift has way too many. festival and events. In every week we occur with a event and the management is so nice. We get each and every book in library and we have access for ebooks too. There are 7 clubs in total in which i am in photography club.

Student Experience at NIFT

Likes

The people are fun to be around and from different areas
The environment is calm and the infrastructure is big

Dislikes

The teaching methods aren’t great, expectations weren’t met
The food is not great. It’s mostly the same menu every day

Campus Life:

There are annual meets , called Spectrum and Converge, which helps the students showcase their talents in cultural activities or sports. There is a fest organised by the students of NIFT Kannur, Yugam, which is a fun event involving outsiders as well as students. There are other competitions in the college as well. The facilities are dependent on the department and labs and other technical instruments are provided. There are student-run clubs that conduct activities from time to time.

Nift kannur review

Likes

Diversity in college as students come from different parts of the country.
Regular industry visit/field visit for better exposure and experience gain.

Campus Life:

Nift kannur is like a totally different place rather than Kannur city. If you can go in a flow it's awesome. You are free to do anything. Freedom in nift is the best thing I love. Here you will get to know all your seniors and juniors, all are so interactive and helpful. You should not be a part of crowd. There are many things you will come to know when you come in.
