UIET Kurukshetra Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Well, some teachers are good educated and also teach well. Some teachers do not teach that well to be honest. But in the end, no matter what college it is you have to study on your own. Either you study from the books or with help of youtube it depends on you but self-study matters a lot in college.No teacher is going to spoon-feed you the topics. And when it comes to the exams, most of the question papers consist of previous year's questions and if you can solve previous year's questions you can definitely score well in your exams.

After finishing 3rd-year exams students become eligible for in-campus placements. Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, etc come every year for placements. The average package is Rs 5.63 LPA It is not fixed it varies. 60-70% of students prefer on-campus placements.

We have not got so many big companies in our campus but sme comapnies visit like wipro our highest placement offer is 28lpa average is around 4 lpa i know its not good but its your hard work which will let you to grab your dream job in your dream company

Placements are offered by many MNC's like Amazon, Infosys, tcs, Wipro, and many others. At an average package of around 5 - 6 Lpa even the highest package in 18-19 was 28LPA. On average around 75 to 85 % of students grab placement in their dream company.

From the last year means ending of 8th semester students become eligible for the placement. Many competitive visited for placement like Amazon, Maruti,honda etc. The highest package last year on campus of a student in cse branch was 27 lakhs per year. Minimum 90% students get placement. My plan is getting a placement in a good company.

Placements are at a good level. Most of them got placed from campus i.e. on campus placements and get an average package of 4-7 lacs per annum whereas off-campus placements are also there and the highest off-campus package is 12-15 lacs per annum.

two or three companies including Vivo, TCS come for campus placement which offers an average of 4.5 lakhs package. students can apply for off campus placements. the college also has an entrepreneurship cell and incubation cell which encourages students to start their own startups. I also plan to start my own ai based company after completion of my degree.

Placements are decent, not very good not very bad. Many companies have signed MoU with the institute like TCS, Infosys etc offering 4 LPA. Almost all the eligible candidates are placed in them. Some big giants like amazon amd BEL also visit the campus rarely. 4.5 LPA is the average package for AY 2019.

I choose this college because Kurukshetra University is one of the oldest and best University of Haryana. It is A+ grade University given by NAAC. Campus is quite good and there is nice environment. There are lots of department and mostly every essential item is available inside the university (University Market). UIET was established in 2004 and it is third most prefer college in Haryana after NIT and YMCA. There are only four trades Avaliable here for BTech (Cse ECE Mechanical Biotech). Campus Placement is also good but average package is around 4 lakh. Students mostly placed in Infosys ViVo Tcs and if you're brilliant enough then you may even get PSU like BEL etc. Overall college and campus is great but now people preferred DCRUST Murthal more than UIET don't know why. In my opinion UIET is far better. Admission process is simple you just need a good rank (under 2 lakh) in JEE Mains and you can apply for counseling on www.hstes.org.in. If you are not selected in online counseling than you may go through physical counselling which is just 5-10 days after completion of online counselling.

Placement of my college is quite good if you are an average or above-average student. About 25% of the students are placed directly other companies like Wipro HCL visit our college every year. From 6th semester you are eligible to take part in the placements. My plans after getting a degree are to pursue my Mtech degree.
