- The college gym is neat and clean and most importantly free.
- The admission process is easy and simple...i got my admission for b.e through my cutoff which is 94.9 in 2021..msc courses have entrance exam and it is pretty easy too.. admission process in cit is not pretty hard
- Placement cell provide a lot of opportunities for the students by bringing great companies for recruitment

- Food in hostel is not much good. sometimes it's not tasty
- The hostel mess food is not very good and the mess workers are overworked and underpaid.
- Hostel food.its not worth for pay and it's not good too

- Focus on attendance should be less and more on skills.

Placement Experience:
Placement of this college is quite handsome. Even in this situation of the market many companies has visited the college and recruited many students. Compared to previous year it is less but still quite good compared to many other colleges. In the 7th semester students become eligible for appearing for placements. Renowned companies like Toshiba, oracle, Mercedes, etc. has visited the college.

- There are more entertainment available and greenery views
- Hostel Life is so good and there not many restrictions

- Infracture was very poor and it is all old building
- Food is of average taste both in canteen and in hostel

Curiculum was so good and it is all of present and future related topic more useful and the knowledge attained through curriculum was excellent. The staffs were very knowledgeable in curriculum and has excellent knowledge

- Faculty not supporting for extea curricular activites like sports and others.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum was customised based on improving the ability of a student by the Anna University board . Each and every subject has its own customisation enabling students to understand the subject deeper and deeper . Both practical and theoritical subjects were taught.

- I like the college environment. The college gives more freedom to explore more things and to become successful in your life.
- There are many clubs in this college so you can join any one of the club to enriched and 2 miggle with the other friends to enrich your knowledge
- The faculties are good and they are clearing doubts and they are teaching well

- I dislike the hostel rules that is you should follow the timing strictly.
- I dislike the hostel food on Sunday and on other days it is good
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have got the course in electrical and electronics engineering department. So in this curriculum I have learnt many real world applications and so many laboratories to enrich your knowledge. So in this curriculum there are so many theory papers so the areas of improvement in the course it would be more efficient if there is more practical papers than the theory papers. So in this curriculum there are 8 semesters so each semester will have a gap of around 3 months.

- Food in hostel is not much good. Sometimes it's not tasty
- Too much work load given by our department to students
- So much strict restrictions which really take away our liberty
Placement Experience:
From 7 th semester, the placement starts . Companies like DE shaw , Mercedes and top dream companies used to come to our clg . Highest package is 50 lpa and average is 5 lpa. After i pursued my degree , i will go for placements.

- Hostel infrastructure is very bad and need to provide good one
- Course contents are outdated and needs to be updated

The placements offered are good in the college.
From 6th semester you are eligible to attend for placements.
More than 100 companies visited and nearly 90 offered
Highest package is 52 LPA with CTC 17 LPA and average is 10 LPA
Around 75% of the students gets placed
My plan is to work for 2 years and then pursue my highers.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is well defined. It help us for placements. In industry, the process will differs from what we studying in our class. So we are face some difficulties for the starting period. If they give some individual knowledge, it would be fine.

- Placements are too good and really wanted to join this college on seeing it's placement percentage
- Campus Life is different when compared to other colleges, we get to see new faces from different cities from different parts of india
- Club activities are the most important thing to be considered. This makes us a complete personality, it's a chance to completely get ourselves molded
Dislikes
- Semester exams and question papers, most unlikely thing
- Nobody should use the open space areas while class is going on
- Our department hod is the most unlikely person in the college

As everybody knows Coimbatore Institute of Technology is well known for its placements. The highest placement package this year was 52 lpa. More than 100 companies are coming for on campus placements. Placements has been 100 % for major departments in cit

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course at CIT is valuable.Thee staff are friendly.The course hand out is clear and the staff teaching is really good .The library facilities are available and every books are available in the library.

- The environment and the campus they the transportation will be available 24x7
Dislikes
- They might have provided good hostel and good management for hostel
- The behaviour of hostel deputy warden will be rude they have to change it

The students will be eligible for campus from end of 3rd year and starting of 4th year they must have atleast 7 cgpa and no current arrear so you can attend maximum company and the highest package is 52 lpa
