PROS: Coimbatore Institute of Technology comes under top private engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. Companies such as Amazon, L&T, Infosys, Hyundai, Vedanta, Voltas come for campus placement. The highest salary package offered to CIT students was INR 33.05 LPA and average package starts from INR 4.99 LPA. The college offers wider exposure to students. Along with academics, Coimbatore Institute of Technology also provides good sports facility. CONS: The location of Coimbatore Institute of Technology campus is very far from the main city. From 6 to semester our college students are eligible for placements and student who get more that 7.5cgpa will be going for to companies campus interview. And it is not 100 percent placement for everyone.

In our batch we had good placement and our college ensured it as well.

From 7th semester we are eligible for placements. We had around 300+ companies visited our college for placement. And almost we have everybody from our cse dept got placed who are free from arrears. Highest package is 40lps and average package is 8 lpa

First thing is the placement which is so good that my dept B E CSE holds about 85% placement acc. to now which my get higher.

Students are eligible for placements from the middle or end of the 6th semester. highest package last time was 58LPA and avg was about 4LPA In my Dept over 90 percentage of students got placed and avg Package they receive is about 7LPA My Goal is to get into a Dream Company that is offers above 12LPA if i didnt get that I may try off campus But by the end of my 4th year if i couldnt get a job I will preferrably go for higher studies.

Most probably from seventh semester we become eligible for campus placement.. The companies visited are amazon google bosch infosys etc... numbers of offers depend upon the skills we have.. Highest package is around 62 LPA Around 60-70 % students get placed from various departments My plans after getting this degree is to get placed in my core company

The placements are excellent in the college. The institution demands the companies for minimum package to be 5.25LPA. The average package is around 8LPA and the higest is around 30LPA. Almost all the top companies visit for placements and around 90% of the students get placed.

My review on CIT

For my course students are eligible for placements in the 7th sem and 10th sem.Companies like DELOITTE and EY have visited our college.The highest package is 7LPA and the average package is 4LPA.In my course there are about 93% of the students get placed with a decent LPA.My plan after the degree is to take any jobs which contribute to ML systems.

Learning phase of the life

The placements are really very good. Around 80-100 companies opened for my department and 80% of the students got placed in the good companies. The highest package in my department is 13 lpa by oracle

My 4 Years memories

From 7th semester, students will be eligible for campus placements and it will last till the end of the 8th semester. Mostly everyone would get placed. Highest package for my year was 56LPA offered by DE SHAW and the average is around 5-6LPA . 112 students got offers exceeding 10LPA
