IP College for Women Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Curriculum of the course is out dated the same going on through ages. But Delhi University is a very renowned University So studied there is a very prestigious opportunity for the students. I feel that the NEP has done a lot of changes in the syllabus

College placements here are good. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Barclays, DE Shaw Group, Accenture, Yamaha Motors, ABP Network and many other are top recruiters. The placements of the department of Commerce and Computer Science are among the highest.

Faculty is skilled and qualified. I choose ba programme course and I am happy with the faculty . Approx 50 students are in my class . Professors pays attention sometimes it feels like we are still school. They teach by showing PPT and writing on board and prefer both language Hindi and English

My course us BA prog with a subject combination of political science and Economics My college has one of the best Political science departments in the university of Delhi The faculty are quite nuce for Economics also Ratio being about 1:50 i guess Term exams occur once in 5-6 months with an average level of difficulty.

• I choose this course as my prefrence of intrest. • In my college the administration is quite slow and the faculty members of my department are good but they are also slow with the solving the problem of students. • Some teaching methods of the teachers are average and some are advance some can explain with deep knowledge and some with easy but understandable method

I have always wanted to study Literature and learn about the authors who have had helped in shaping out society through their books that influenced almost every part of us . The faculty is not doing us good to be honest. They are having issues with attendance and has said that the previous attendance is not being found, which is putting a lot of pressure on us as it is now a necessary to have above 85% attendance to received 6 marks in the exam . As of now we'll be having our 1st sem exams on December so I have no idea how tough or easy would it be

Faculty is good. Faculty student ratio is around 1:84 for lectures and 1:20 for tutorials so that's fine. Teachers are friendly. Most of them are knowledgeable and good. Assignments are checked a little strictly.

In du for ba sociology honours, we do have 6 semesters. Professors are highly qualified in ip for sociology honours. And in each semester we do have one internal assessment test and internal assessment assignments.

I always wanted to try my hands on literature even though I had PCB in 12th so I opted for it. The faculty is good and well qualified, most proffers have done their master or phd from JNU. Teaching method depends on the teachers some are quite enthusiastic while some are just trying to do their job. But in the end you have to study by yourself in college. At end of every semester you have your end-semester exams. And for internals you have a small test / assignments/ presentations.

The highest package for the year 2023 was of 21 Lakhs p.a offered to a student from Economics(h). Students from 3rd year are eligible for campus placements. However, multiple internships offers are made available to the students of all years
