The TAPMI story.

I loved the course structure as it seems to have a holistic development but there are some areas which needs improvement as they seem unnecessarily hectic.
The campus life is great at mahe. i feel sometimes i am at a good place. but the thing is the social interaction for young people can be sometimes on bitter side as there are some factors of bad influence as well.
The faculty expertise of some faculties are amazing but there are some faculties who need to be changes asap. there are faculties not clearing douts and understanding students. But the quality infrastructure and campus amenities and learnig facilitil

Dislikes

there are some courses which are good for development but at the same time very draining. and disturbing.
Despite strict checking there are some people violating all the rules.There are some aspects which are really dissatisfying .

Admission:

i applied iim indore iim ranchi iim shilong iim rohtak iim jammu iim bodhgaya nirma university and nalsar university.i saw all collages good but obviously the internship opportunity was best form TAPMI. i love the way they pay attention to it. I was short on sectional cutoffs.the admision is a minimum requirment on the exams and a personalinterview round.

good faculty and course, decent fests, good amount of events and extra curriculars
really good as of now. every batch has good people and some annoying people. but in general campus life is amazing
really good faculty, most have graduated from bschools so they know how things are in a bschool

Dislikes

management especially the admission team is not good causes a lot of problems during admission
IPM students can not join commities we can take part in events but not be part of those who are organising
visiting faculty can be a hit or a miss some are good some arent.

Admission:

1. applied to NICMAR, NIRMA, NFSU and a few more law schools, Law wasnt my first preference this was the best option i had 2. got rejected from IIMs, didnt make the cut off 3. U need to apply on the website choose the exams u want to apply via. Exams accepyted are IPMAT Indore, IPMAT Rohtak, JIPMAT, CLAT, JEE, MET etc etc

Likes

The environment was extremely professional with no biasedness
24*7, canteen facilities was available, flexibility of using library and other facilities at any time
Faculties was just a phone call away, they always ready to take doubts and extra classes

Dislikes

Taste of the hostel food wasn't that great.
Nightouts wasn't allowed, and also very strict rules about attendance.
Leave procedure was really lengthy and difficult

Admission:

After CAT there were 3-4 more rounds including GD, PI, Eng Proficiency test, easy writing. After passing all these, the individual would be eligible to take this course, All the details and procedure was clearly mentioned on tapmi's website regarding application form, fees, and dates

Application form was available on site Application fee was 2000 in 2022 The process had group discussion followed by personal interview. Later they had kept an English proficiency test The English test could be removed as the score was not mentioned and it's relevance was not clear to me.

Excellent placement offered to students which are some of the best in India.
The campus life of this college is outstanding.
Our college library is a gem and its just amazing.

Dislikes

The hostels are mandatory and can be quite expensive.
Without scholarship it can be hard for a economically poor to afford.

Admission:

Anyone who has completed their graduation from any recognised university and appeared for CAT amd cleared the cutoff which was 85 percentile in our batch,can apply for this college.Then they are shortlisted according to their CAT scores,work experience,Statement of Purpose.Then the candidates has to appear for English proficiency test and a personal interview.After this process is concluded they're selected based on thier overall performance.

For TAPMI you have to score 85+ in both CAT/XAT exams.
