The TAPMI story.

Faculty:

the faculty. student ratio is quite good as they have one teacher for 120 students that is 3 classes and depends as well on subject.the faculties are approachable just there is a togh mailing system before every thing. the faculties such as arya mam manish sir and subhashree mam are great but faculties such as parmeeta mam ruchi shekhavat mam dont even understand our problem and sometimes become rude.there are 8 mid sem exams and 5 end sems exams that is 2 exams and also quizes. they are moderate to difficult. i hope the become easy to moderate plss.

really good faculty, most have graduated from bschools so they know how things are in a bschool

Dislikes

visiting faculty can be a hit or a miss some are good some arent.

1. faculty is extremely approachable, even the managment is approachable ignoring the chain of command if the matter requires 2. i dont think i am allowed to mane faculty 3. same 4. Mid sems, end sems and assignments, the exams are moderate difficulty

Story of any Bschool

Faculties was just a phone call away, they always ready to take doubts and extra classes

There were minimum 4-5 teachers for every subjects. So the availability was top notch. Most of them worked for many industries and corporates before their teaching career and had a teaching experience beforehand as well. They understand the student's mind well, most of them used to conduct few activities and presentations in order to be more clearer with concept. They were welcoming and approachable to everyone.

About TAPMI

The faculties are par with tier 1 and 2 b schools. On an average, we attended 4-5 lectures per day. Most of the faculties are PhD and have also industrial experiences. There are just a step away to clear all your doubts. The lectures include case study, simulation, capstone project based learnings.

A take On PGDM BKFS programe in TAPMI

Certain faculties in fiannce field are the best in India but at the same time a few are below par. The best faculties are too good in teaching and explaining stuff. But a part of this gets negated by the poor teaching staffs. All the faculties are supposed to have a PhD qualification and the isntitute drives favulties to research more on their fields. In short Tapmi drives students as well as faculties to chase excellence.

Pedagogy, Research paper, experience and class engagement. These are the some of the basic criteria by which I assess the faculty of my college. The professors come prepared in class. My experience at TAPMI

Our faculty is highly specialized in their specific course. The faculty at our time was a veteran faculty at TAPMI with a min. work experience of 6 years. They were also active in representing their work and papers in esteemed universities outside India. The teachers We also had visiting faculty for courses like Digital Marketing, IT for Business, Six Sigma, who were highly accomplished professionals in those domains and also taught in colleges like MICA, IIMs, IITs.

TAPMI - The Stern guide

Faculty is quite approachable inside and outside the classroom as well. Except a few, most of the faculty can be approached for research purposes as well. Faculty owns the subject they teach and take regular feedback to improve the curriculum if their subject.
