SIBM Bangalore Faculty

The faculty at the college is a blend of permanent and visiting professors, most of whom are doctorates with 10-15 years or more of teaching and industry experience. They use diverse pedagogical methods including Harvard case studies, simulations, and role plays to provide a practical learning experience. Notable faculty members include former executives such as the Ex HR-Director of HCL Technologies and the retired ING Group Country Head.

Leadership includes a Director who is an IIM-A alumnus and a Deputy Director who is an IIM-B alumnus. The curriculum includes around 40 courses, supported by faculty with extensive real-world experience, helping students apply learned concepts effectively in their careers.
