College life

Likes

I like the education and faculty and the clubs of the college of music dance and extra curriculars.
The canteen is also good and the hostel for girls in safety purpose
The college sports ground and initiatives for sports activities

Dislikes

The college curriculum for tutes and assignment and labs
The college internals remarking in exams and too many exam's
The quizes are too much and no time for coding

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is not so satisfactory.It is filled with tutes and assignment and not giving enough time for coding and practical learning .The time for learning conceptual is not enough .The pressure for maintaining internal marks is more than enough

Inside college

Likes

Various clubs for developing skills of the students such as coding, dance, singing clubs etc
The hardworking faculty members who put their max efforts for us
The cooperative Batchmates and classmates ; always ready to help

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the building and labs. Apparatus used are very old.
Strict attendance criteria i.e mandatory 75% for all the students.
Saturdays should be off for all the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is a specific dress code applicable for all. The campus is not very big though.the fields where college is lacking is Smart classes.The college stictly considers Aktu guidelines and thus regular zonals are conducted as per the Aktu curriculum.

Likes

There are soo many clubs in which students can upskill himself and get a good opportunity to grab a good placements
Some faculty are really good and helpfull and provide total support
Also the boys and girls ratio has a lot of difference in few classes

Dislikes

Placements are not that high according to the fees
U have to maintain 75% attendance throughout the year
There arr soo many quiz like every Tuesday and Saturday.and also a lot of assignment are given to the students

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good After completion of 3rd year basically 6 th semester students become eligible for campus placements Accenture, global logic, infosis, flipkart and many other companies 70% students are getting placed I wanted to do masters in same with some iit after completing the degree

Overall good & I will say that you can take admission here. Overall rating will be 4/5.

Likes

In my college quiz and regular test, tutorial assignment are doing compulsory which is very helpful for students
Faculties are very helpful and knowledgeable
Very good environment for study and prepare for gate or other exams

Dislikes

Too much work load no time for personal development
There is no holiday on Saturday or half day class
In college always construction and renovation are on going

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for placement and companies are also starts coming. TCS, Wipro, Infotech and many more companies. 5 lpa average companies are offering to students. 60 to 70 percent student are placed and in core branches placement are slight low.

I like everything the faculties teaching style
I love faculty's behaviour with students.
Faculty's try to be friendly with you always.

Dislikes

Disliked that they do not give any holiday on Saturday
The cleaning in washrooms are not upto the mark

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester all the btech students become eligible for placements. There are uncountable offers made and some of famous companies visited that are:- Amazon, TCS, Paytm, Filpkart, Wallmart, Infosys, etc.

It was very good according to me and I am interested in learning more about the same time to be there.

Likes

I liked the environment and faculty. They were very supportive and friendly and helps in all the problems and also in our placement activities.
The placement activities as they conduct all the placement activities in their seminar hall and it has 100% placement guarantee.
Exams were conducted very systematicly and all the exams are very good

Dislikes

There is nothing which I disliked my college is good in all aspects.

Placement Experience:

The placement activities are good in this college as I have got the placement in my dream company and can follow this path to chase my dreams and get better day by day . I will give my best in all my career to get better opportunity further

Life in Srmcem

Likes

College known for its excellence in education from past 25 years and still achieving the same milestone every year. The education system of the college is inpired by the indian institute of technology strategies
With great infrastructure and facilities for students it is the perfect place for any student
Fee structure also is not so high as compared to other colleges

Dislikes

The infrastructure is getting full by more admssions every year
Rest overall aspects of a college are good
The atmosphere can be little more friendly for the students if they start inspecting every thing a little more closely

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are very good of srmcem,lucknow as compared to any other college in the city. Many big Mnc's also took part in the placement drives every year and overall placement rate is above 90%.

professors are approachable and invest time in mentoring students both academically and professionally.

Likes

Some teachers are supporting. They teach good.
Library is good . It has variety of books for students.
Washrooms are clean. College is hygiene. Proper decorum is usually maintained in the college

There are too many test scheduled for the students
Some teachers doesn't care about the students, they just do whatever they want and then leave

Time management should be taught to students
Good exposure is given to the students thorough different methods

I choose this course as it is the most important course if we look in the future technology IT sector will get it's height in the upcoming year. The faculty members are fully qualified and some are PhD Holder also some have man publications on their name and some are working on their patents
