All about SSCBS

Likes

Fee Structure of SSCBS is very feasible and can be easily afforded by a student coming from a middle class family
Infrastructure of SSCBS is top notch , undoubtedly the best in the DU Circuit
Focus on Academics by the faculty and college is very good .

Dislikes

Not much fun and happening activities to do around the sscbs campus .

Placement Experience:

Sscbs has their own placement cell known as the CDC career development centre. The CDC provides internship opportunities for second year students and placement opportunities for third year students . The companies that usually visit assess CBS includes EY , Bainn capability network , Mckinsey and company , BCG , Niti Aayog , Accenture and many more big firms . The highest package of the SSCBS has gone up to 44 lakhs for a graduate , and the average annual package is 10 lakh . Almost 80% of students get placed of those who are registered for the placements.

A day with sscbs student

The placement at our college is top notch in BBA as compared to any other colleges in India
It's campus is really nice with amazing infrastructure

Dislikes

The gender ratio in our college is pretty low like 7:3
The campus size is quite small approximately 5 acres

Placement Experience:

I think for placement one must be in 3 year but yeah 2 nd year students do alot of internships and live projects as well and in placement some of the companies that visit and hire students are EY, Accenture,Deloitte, Goldman Sachs,Bain and company and D E shaw And approximately 90 percent of the students get placed with a average package of 10lpa+ and that too of top 100 students is 17lpa+ And as far as it is concerned about me I am thinking for getting work experience for 1-2 year then I will pursue my MBA from any good college

This is the one of the best college in the terms of infrastructure and the latest technology the teachers a very support
The area of the college to be contain a canteen language classes 7 feet tall building full YouTube with stairs as well as lift
The kind of support and the opportunity and illumina in network yogate from the college is absolutely brilliant

Dislikes

There is less green rea in college compared to outside as this is enough campus to the area of the college must be greater compare for providing the greenery in the campus
You will mostly find that the most of the students have the business oriented mind and their always they are not thinking of the summer the alternatives in their life
Most of the student suggest following of the academic and even there is a very less opportunity that you will get in tech role interview or job

Placement Experience:

There is a lot of campus of virtualities which are open to us our there is a specific society named as CDC which provide a lot of internship in all the different different role suggest consultant marketing not be able to get the internship in technology

SSCBS: a College or a Corporate office

Faculty expertise is very good and they are very helpful
The college atmosphere is very different from other colleges.
There's a wide range of societies you can join and be part of.

Dislikes

The college atmosphere can be hectic sometimes
Societies culture can be toxic sometimes

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are very good. This time the median package was 13 lakhs and highest package was 24 lakhs with 85% placements done. There are many big names in the companies that come for campus placements such as Goldman Sachs, BCG, EY etc.

Life in SSCBS (CBS)

Likes

To be very honest my college provides the best opportunities to its students
When it comes to the exposure, again we have one of the best companies coming at our campus for recruitments
The highly competitive environment forces us to grow

Dislikes

The campus is not situated at a place where there is a good availability of resources
Infra is way too good when compared to other clgs of du but sometimes it starts giving you a boring vibe

Placement Experience:

When it comes to the placement, my college stands at the very top and competes with the BRANDS (bug colleges) like SRCC which is having an avg package of around 13 lpa. The avg package of my clg is 11.11 lpa and highest is 44.45 lpa which is astonishingly good and much higher than any of the du colleges.

Shaheed Sukhdev College - Reality Check

Likes

The infrastructure facilities of the college.
Experienced faculties and practical approach in learning.
There is a healthy competition on campus.

Dislikes

The ground of the college, it is very small.
There is no such thing to see outside college.
Some classes of theory subject were boring.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are very nice with an average package of 13+ LPA. if no campus placements were offered then there were several off campus opportunities. In third year students are eligible for campus placements.

SSCBS: MY HONEST EXPERIENCE

Likes

I liked the faculty and how deep there knowledge and understanding of there subjects is
I like how there are almost 40+ societies in the college
I like the surroundings and the life and greenery in college

Dislikes

I don't like the studying hours cos they can be pretty hectic
The infrastructure is small so its disappointing
As the infrastructure is small there are less number of sports

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the placement even at the undergraduate level is nice and I don't mind finance I found It quite interesting. The faculty in Sukhdev is really big and they're all punctual helpful and very intelligent. We had endsem exams and internals which I believe were on time and it was easy to pass.
