BIMM Pune: The college focuses not only on making your corporate world ready but also on imparting lifetime know-how on how to survive and have a progressive corporate life along with a disciplined personal life. A strong, competitive environment is maintained in the college by Dr. Balasubramanium, who is himself an ex-army officer. The academic curriculum of the college is excellent and pressure-packed. In the duration of two years, there is not a single holiday given to the students. The total number of seats in the college is approx. 900. So, if you have good academic records and good communication skills, you will learn a lot under army discipline and apparently, get placed with a good package. But, if you are average, ISB & M, Pune will be a better college for you. ISB&M: The methodology of management education is different at ISB & M, Pune. Ex- Placement Director of XLRI, Jamshedpur, and former Director of SIBM, Pune, Dr. Promod Kumar is the Chairman of ISB & M, Pune. He has a thorough knowledge of how the corporate world works. A pseudo corporate environment is created in the college campus and everything is taught about the practical corporate culture, from survival to growth along with certain other factors. This technique can be called applied corporate culture. ISB & M, Pune’s applied corporate culture is great but not meant for everybody. The second position would be apt for the academics of this college. The student intake is only 300. If you are someone who is preparing for MAT, I would suggest you only prepare for these two colleges of Pune because the methods of teaching at these institutions is at par with the demand of the corporate culture, and also, these institutions keep a scope of adapting to changes as time and again.

The average Lpa of the college is 9 lpa so it is good. Marketing gets 100% placement as compared to other streams. There is booth on campus and off campus placement. And the placement cells bring good companies and there are chances of PPO also.

Placement is key strength of my College it provides excellent opportunity to students. Placement starts after 2nd semester and the students also gets the PPO in companies which they got internship and my college provides 2 internship first at after completion of 1st semester and 2nd is after second semester. And my college have 100% placement records.

Students get an opportunity for a Winter Intership Program provided by the college. This WIP is after 1st semester exams. After WIP we get to choose our field say it financial, marketing etc. The there is SIP opportunity by the college.After SIP final placement procedure starts. There is approx 100% placement. The average package is between 8 to 9 lakhs. The company and job profiles are up to the mark.

The placements are really good. If you work diligently you will get placed in a good company with a good package which is above 6 lakh. Many good companies do visit the campus. Federal Bank, Deloitte, KPMG, and Barclays these companies offer some handsome packages. After joining the company and if you face any problem college does support you to sit with juniors for the placements. The Alumni network is strong enough to get you into a good company.

Placements are good especially for Marketing students it is best because lots of companies come to the campus and are average for finance and HR but companies like Deloitte, Wipro come for finances students and Marketing too but Marketing students have higher packages 6l,7l, 8l and so on.

The college will provide 100% placement to all of its students. And will provide opportunities to get placed until you will get placed. The college organizes a placement drive every year and final year students are eligible for placements. A good number of companies visit College every year. From the third semester, our placement process is started. mostly the companies like reliance industries, Deloitte, KPMG, CITOC, and many more top companies are the regular recruiter of our college.
