The institute ensures 100% placements. Students are recruited by leading companies from various sectors such as consulting, finance, technology etc.
The placement process involves multiple stages including pre placement talks, resume shortlisting, group discussion, interviews etc.
The average package usually ranged from 20 - 23 LPA

- I liked professors who are highly qualified and teach us in a great manner
Dislikes
- Boys do not get hostel for MBA in first semester due to seats filled by Btech students and priority given to them
- We are not allowed to talk to our seniors for entire first year due to anti-ragging rules of IIT Delhi. But this is a little upsetting that we are unable to seel direct guidance or bond with seniros
Placement Experience:
Campus placements of DMS IIT Delhi are better than baby and new IIMs for sure. Details about highest and lowest package can be referred in the DMS website. The data keeps upgrading every year. On average, students get a package of 25 lpa.
Our college is known for 100 percent placements and experiencing such great summer internship opportunities with companies like HUL, Google and Mondelez International , I have no doubt about companies coming for final placement. After all, it is IIT DELHI.

Department of Management Studies (DMS), IIT Delhi proudly boasts 100% placement in both the Summer Internship Programme (Highest : 4 lakhs in 2023) and Final Placements ( Highest : 35+ lpa). Companies include Microsoft, Google, Bain and Co.,Accenture, HUL etc.

- I like being in the hostel and exoeriencing the campus life
- I love the way some faculties are here and teach exceptionally
- I like the library a lot, the central lib houses a lot of books
Dislikes
- The hostel allocation has been pretty havoc
- The transport problems sometimes manifolded
Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty is exceptionally good. The course curriculum is structured in a way so as to help you refine your skills and cater towards a holistic development. There are two semesters in the first year and the same is the case in the second year as well. The exams are timely and the structuring is exceptionally well

Placement Experience:
Our college has a record of 100 % Placements. We get great placement opportunities and networking opportunities at IIT Delhi for both summer placements and final placements. Moreover, we are given a lot of study material to learn about every domain. If a person is willing to put their best efforts, best opportunities are awaited for them. Every year, new recruiters are increasing in the campus along with our legacy recruiters.

- Lesser fees when compared to IIMs which is better
- Better faculty to student ratio which helps students

- Hostel is not being provided for boys in 1st year
- The department is far from the main gate
- Auditorium is small in size of 100 people capacity

The college has a placement coordinator and placement committee which is responsible for the placement process. Companies do visits from all sectors and students can give their interviews as per their requirements.

Our seniors and alumni of the past 3 years have experienced top-notch placements from the top companies. The average CTC is about 22 lakhs and the highest CTC received is 30 Lakhs to the batch of 2021.

Placement Experience:
From the third-semester placement session start and placement of DMS IIT Delhi is very good and at par with any top 10 MBA colleges of India. Many top companies like Google, APPLE, Amazon, Flipkart, Publicis Sapient, Accenture, Reckitt, etc. Usually, 100% of students are getting placed in very good companies which are pioneers in their area.

Course Curriculum Overview:
MBA is a very popular course. It has great placements. I feel MBA due to its classroom discussion, case studies, and diverse peer group will improve my team skills, communication skills and provide me knowledge.

The Placement Committee is there which looks into the Placements, and there are many legacy recruiters as well as new Recruiters, who have been added to the list, which offer both Summer Internship and Final Placement opportunities. There is a 100% placement record in both Summers and Finals.
