Does NISER have a placement cell like engineering colleges?

NISER does not have a conventional placement cell like IITs or NITs since its primary focus is research and higher studies. However, there is a Career Development Cell that tries to direct students to research careers, fellowships, and scientific positions in organizations such as BARC, ISRO, DRDO, or analytics companies.
