Sri Mittapalli College of Engineering Guntur Faculty

The college employs a mix of senior and junior faculty, most of whom hold postgraduate qualifications, including some with PhDs, providing a diverse teaching environment. Each class has a designated representative teacher for better interaction.

Faculty conduct regular exams, with at least two exams held weekly or monthly, alongside two to three lab sessions per week. However, there are criticisms regarding the staff's lack of practical knowledge and some faculty members teaching without adequate subject expertise. Despite this, the faculty is increasing in number as student enrollment rises.
