KITS AKSHAR Institute of Technology Campus is spread over 10.77 acres and provides a clean and calm environment for students. The college has all the important facilities needed for students and staff. It includes the Examination Cell, HOD Rooms, Faculty Rooms, and a Placement Cell. For classes, there are E-Classrooms, Lecture Halls, Drawing Halls, and a Seminar Hall. The campus also has a Computer Centre and a well-stocked Library. Students can use modern Laboratories for practical work. There are also special cells like the Sports and Games Cell, NSS, Grievance & Redressal Cell, and the Entrepreneurship Development Cell to help students grow in all areas.

Library: The library is 480 square meters and is divided into two floors, with seating for 150 people. It has 25,354 volumes and 3,741 titles, including 6,067 reference books, 360 back volumes, and 4,744 electronic books. The digital library has 23 computers and provides access to DELNET, J-GATE, and NDLI platforms, as well as NPTEL and other multimedia courses. The library is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and issues and returns around 2,800 books each month. It subscribes to 49 print journals and periodicals and offers access to more than 2,800 online e-journals.

Sports Facilities: The college provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students. The outdoor playground area covers 6 acres and includes courts for Tennikoit (3 courts, 20 rings), Throwball (1 court, 6 balls), Volleyball (3 courts, 10 balls), and Shuttle badminton (1 court, 4 rackets). There are large fields for Football (1 court, 8000 sq. ft., 2 footballs) and Cricket (1 field, 13266.5 sq. ft.), along with Cricket nets and GEC equipment. A long jump pit, a Kho-Kho court, and a Kabaddi court are also available. A 40-meter running track is provided along with facilities for shot put (3), discus throw (2), and javelin (1). For indoor games, the college offers 10 chess courts with 10 full chess sets.

KITS AKSHAR Institute of Technology provides hostel facilities for the students. Separate hostels for girls and boys are provided at the institute. Rooms in the hostel are provided on a sharing basis. The hostel rooms have all the basic facilities like bedding, lockable steel almirahs, attached toilets, study tables, and chairs. The hostel has other facilities like a visitor’s room, internet facility, tiffin facility, pantry, dining hall, sick room, parking space, indoor games, bus facility, coffee machine on each floor, CCTV cameras, Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine & Incinerator, clean drinking water facility, and 24/7 security, etc. As per our research, the annual hostel fees for both boys and girls are INR 15,000.
