Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time M.C.A Program should have passed graduation in relevant stream from a recognized university.

Admission Process:-

Admission to First Year M.P. Quota candidates is done by M.P. State Level Counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal.
The admission to First Year (B.S.F./CAPFs Wards candidates) is done on the basis of merit list of written test conducted at RJIT. B.S.F./CAPFs Wards candidates should be the sons/daughters of serving/retired/deceased on duty BSF/CRPF/ITBP/CISF/SSB/MP Police personnel.
Admission to “Second Year Lateral Entry” (M.P. Quota & B.S.F./CAPFs Wards candidates) is done through Counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Bhopal.
All the eligibilities and qualifications fixed by the State Government are applicable.

The scholarship is given to all of us as per their eligibility, financial condition, and govt. Criteria. This college is in MP so whoever has the domicile of MP and they belonged to the reserved category all allotted the scholarship.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Per semester for MP /CAPF/ All in India quota candidate fees is 42300, forwards BSF official come in ORs fees is 37000. Their some special quota for MP candidates if want to know more about that go visit www.rjit.ac.in. The scholarship is only for OBC/SC/ST from the state government, you can apply if you come from this caste, for General candidates no scholarship is provided. Wards of Central Government employees can Apply for NSP, Central Government. You may try for 1 year if didn't receive a try in 2nd year

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fees structure is very simple, you have to submit fees per semester wise, each semester the fee is 40000 and you can submit it at the starting of the semester, in case you can submit it in a given time you can submit it later with small late fees, you will also get scholarship opportunity if you are eligible.

The best scholarship availed by maximum students was PM CAPF scholarship which gives approximately 21000 to all the BSF and CAPF students and it can be easily availed whereas there is another second scholarship available State level scholarship which provides some money to different caste people's.
