Placement Experience:

Placements at RCCIIT are amazing. The placement cell works really hard to ensure that student is left out for getting at least 1 job offer. This year the highest placement was of 13 LPA offered to 7 students across all streams by Tavisca JP Morgan group. 8 students got a placement of 12.50 LPA offered by BMC. The average placement is about 5lpa and the lowest goes around 2-3 LPA. 70-80% of students are placed. The college and placement cell provides extra classes for preparing us for placement from the 2nd year itself. Due to their endeavors, it is really easy to bag the placement if one studies with diligence. My plans after getting the degree are to bag the best placement offered by our college. I have full faith in them and know that they will leave no stone unturned for helping us to get what we desire.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester itself, students are eligible to participate in competitions arranged by competition arranged by various companies. Like we can apply for multiple coding challenges and multiple competitions organized by various companies from the 6th semester. And from the 7th semester, we are eligible to sit for campus placements. Our college bought companies like PWC, CTS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Kriti technology to name a few. There are many other companies that came during campus placement. But there is one policy if a candidate cracks a job with any CTC then he will not be eligible for the next job opportunities. They will tell that the Ctc difference should be above 2 lacs but they will not allow the candidate to sit for the exam even if the Ctc difference is above 2 lacs with his current job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. For the first two years, the course is not effective/relevant to the requirements of the industry. 2. The teaching faculty is also not that good for the first two years. 3. From the third year, the course structure is as per the industry and relevant for future jobs 4. Teaching faculty is also great from the third year, barring some exceptions.

Placement Experience:

On-campus Placement scenario is not good the company which comes on placement offers less compensation. College advertises off campus placed students. There is a very rigid policy regarding sitting in placement exams. As IT has bloomed off campus placement is easy comparatively.

From 3rd-year campus placement takes place. Companies like Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra are major recruiters. The highest packages include 12-15 L/ annum to average 3.5-5 L. Nearly 80-85% of students get placed. MBA degree is my next plan of action after B Tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to learn about electronics, a few about electrical and computer science(data structures, foc and etc) basic concepts. Our faculty teachers are very helpful. They make our concepts about the subject very clear. Mostly all of them are highly qualified from different well-known universities. The teaching methods are very interesting and easy to understand. Our semester exam normally occurs after 6 months.
