Likes

Campus life is great as well like all the photos of the infrastructure are available in the internet, in real life that is more beautiful.
Scholarship opportunities are provided frequently by the college from different sites to help students.
Not only hod sir but also all teachers are very friendly and they help us to pass the semester.

Dislikes

Annual fest and sports happen but at the small ground of college which is not good for sport, many students got injured.
No certain scholarships and financial aid is provided by the college.
The exams are going on of other batches our most classes gets cancelled.

Cultural and technical fest are very good
Placement record is not good but it's ok ok

The way teacher teach us is very bad and less interactive

From 7th semester there is many companies visit the campus for interview . companies like Wipro ,itc, Accenture etc..almost 90 to 95 Percentage of students get placed .my plan after getting the degree is getting job and prepare for upsc

Facilities provided by the college and the infrastructure
Cultural and technical fest and extra activities
They also provide the study tour almost free

Dislikes

Teacher is well knowledged but the interaction is not good
If you are outsider you should know little bit Bengali to understand in the cclass

Because I want to make my future in this field.its admire me and I think it's more exciting.all faculty are well educated and al have either mtech or PhD degree.pasing the exam is easy ,you just have to solve the 3 to 4 pyq and it's done.

Think and research well before getting into a college.

Likes

Campus area is small with a nice lake side sitting which is refreshing sometimes.
Campus life is quiet good with helpful and cooperative seniors. The college is also not very strict , so students can explore their college life.
Placements are pretty decent which enables the students to start their professional career

Dislikes

The college building is too small to accommodate all the students.
The management system is very poor which disappoints both students and parents.

Placement Experience:

From the end of 6th Semester, the students get eligible for campus placements. Mostly companies like TCS, Capegemini, Mindtree, Wipro,Delloitte visit the college campus for placements. This year the highest package was offered 27 lpa and the lowest is 5 lpa. The college offers 100% students placement every year. Around 90% of the students got placed this year due to recision. I would rather like to persue MBA course after getting the degree.

Nit is a good college if compared to the other colleges in this category.

Likes

Campus is very good compared to other colleges.
Many famous artists comes during the fest .
You will get good and healful teachers in this college.

Dislikes

The food available in the college canteen is not good .
The management of the college is very poor .
The college is poor in providing internship opertunities .

Placement Experience:

After completing 6th semester students can sit in the placement rounds . Min cgpa required to sit in the campus placement is 7.00 Companies like wipro , capgemini , cognizant, accentuate and tcs . Mass recruiters are wipro and tcs . You will get an average package of 4.5 lpa The highest package in cse department was 16 lpa . 90 percent of the students gets placed and the remaining goes for higher studies. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job and gather experience.

Curriculum activities and college life in college
Campus of college is good and also the environment
Placement of college according to fees and placement training they provide

Dislikes

Faculties are not good amd the way they teach
For outsider u should know enough bengali because many teachers use bengali frequently

Placement Experience:

From 6th or 7th semester company start taking the interview of the student according to their academic performance highest package is 51 lpa which come as ppu (Offcampus) and 27 lpa (oncampus) Every year almost 90 to 95 % student got placed in good companies like Accenture paypal itc byjus etc..

Placement percentage is good in this College, Faculties are avarage , In library there are too many books , seniors are co operative..
Seniors never rag juniors in this College.

Dislikes

Highest package are not that good , some of faculties are not good

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem students are eligible for campus placement. Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro .. mainly the mass recruiters are visit this College Previous year the Highest package was 18 lpa .. but in most of the privet colleges are not responsible for the off campus placements.. or the highest package.. 89 percent students get placed from this College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course and curriculum is pretty advanced and my faculty members are really helpful and they're adaptive towards various new teaching techniques. The faculties are highly qualified and are really well occupied with their knowledge and their teaching skills. The exams were timely and it the invigilation was really justified.

Keep it Simple

Likes

Faculty members are really great and like a friends as well
infrastructure and curriculams are really appreciateble
opportunities and the independence that collage provide to all students to explore and doing somethings new as well

Dislikes

The area of outside of collage there are very bad smells in the road
The management is not very refined as well as this doesn't feels like a college which is more than 20 years old.
There are so many curriculams that i cant even attend and cover.

My best college.

Likes

The campus is very big which i like and the ground also.
The teachers also helps the students in the problems.
The placement ratio is good which makes it more valuable.

Dislikes

From third year the students become eligible for getting placements. There are many companies visiting our college like Accenture, TCS ,Infosys, the highest package as of now from the last year the student got 18 lakh per annum and the average package is about 3 to 4 lakhs to every student. More than 90% of the student gets placement on campus in our college. After getting my degree I'll start my own company.
