MKCE Faculty

Approximately 90% of the faculty are perceived as merely translating topics, while the remaining 10% are considered highly talented. Although half of the faculty hold doctorates, some lack engaging teaching skills. Despite this, faculty members are generally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with many having industry experience. The college provides various portals for tracking student performance and feedback.

Faculty contribute to project development and exhibit a blend of theory and practical knowledge in their teaching. The course structure spans 8 semesters, with approximately 45-52 subjects and 17-23 lab sessions. There are 150+ lectures in the college, and faculty maintain a mentor-mentee system to support students. Students report a mixed experience, with some faculty showing favoritism, but overall, faculty are approachable and supportive.
