MBS College of Engineering and Technology Jammu Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Positive about college is, the college was disciplined. Once we enter in our college we were not allowed to go out without faculty permission which is good things from my point of view. Negative about college was that there was no public transport students have to walk 3km from bus station to reach. Or students have to take college transportation which is little higher side on money.

I had given JK entrance exam.I got my rank around 2800 in state.My name was in the 1st merit list.So afterwards, i attended the counselling in JKBopee office in jammu.I didn't get my desired college in the first merit list.So during the secound round of counselling I got this college as it is considered as a prestigious institute in terms of learning.The college has produced excellent results in years.We have a few share of university toppers from our college also.

This college has only one thing which I considered good is thier time table which does not make u feel that u r in some college but rather u feel that u r in same school from which u have completed Ur senior secondary.

The placement of college students is neither so good and not too bad. Placements are provided to those who are good in academics so as well as you performing well in your studies then there will be no problem in getting the placement or job.

I took JKCET entrance exam. I have get a seat of engineering through this entrance.

JK CET 2005, Score 114/200. It was nearest college to my home.

I qualified JKCET and scored 104 marks my subjects were both medical and non- medical but I did not want to become a doctor later because I can't handle injuries and I am scared of watching people bleeding and thus I was sure I won't be able to become a good doctor so I chose B.E.

JKCET 2006, Score 114Opted for this college as I was not in a position to move out of state that time. Further this college has good reputation although not much better placement.

JKCET, i chose do to engineering because it has got good prospect in getting job immediately after completing the course.

The management of the college is mostly Sikh. But they do connect with each of the student very well.I found my college life good, but there were number of restrictions too.I do have enjoyed each moment some in good and some in mischeavious ways. I have t
