I choose this course because everyone student wants admission to CS, and IT fields so there is a lot of competition in India everyone does not get placement, chemical engineering is a very rare field, and there are a lot of things to learn and the placement at this college is very impressive so that the reason I choose this college. The faculty member is very helping nature, they are very supportive, and the teacher's staff teach techniques and explain well. This is the second hardest branch in engineering so it is hard to clear all the subjects, don't worry, You can clear these subjects with your clear concept and some daily studies. There are 2 unit tests and 1 sessional exam in this college as internal and external practical exams and the most important is Viva.

There are good opportunities for placements after B.Tech in Surface Coating Technology. Most of the top paint companies' recruits graduate from here. The regular recruiters are Berger Paints, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Asian Paints, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, BASF, PPG Asian, Axalta coatings, FIAT, Godrej & Boyce and many more. In our batch, all of the students got placed in good companies and got the lowest package of 4 LPA and the Highest package of 8 Lakhs. Most of the students go into research & development for automotive paints or decorative paints. Some of the students join the paint manufacturing, technical services & sales for paints. Roles offered are Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), R&D officer, Quality Control Officer, Sales Officer, Technical Service Officer/Executive & Researcher-I.

For Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology college have a Training and Placement officer who look after all Training and Placement activity for 3rd and Final Year students. College average package is touching to 6 LPA. Highest 16 LPA and Lowest 3.00LPA.

After 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies are visited like Reliance, Aarti Industry, Asian paints, Berger paints, JSW paints, etc. The average package is 4-5 L per annum And the Highest package is near about 10L.

Placement is maximum if you compare with any other colleges in Maharashtra. The average package goes to 5 - 6 lac students are eligible for getting after 5th sem i.e after 3rd year reputed companies like reliance, Vedanta, Honeywell many more come here for recruitment.

From the seventh semester, several companies/industries like Reliance, Thermax, Plasto visit the campus to recruit students. After qualifying the placement criteria most of the students get a place through campus selection while the rest of the students also get placed through off-campus.

Many companies here take a look every year, it is on the capability of the student to getting selected but almost everybody gets a chance to be in the placement process. This is one of the things for which the college is famous over the region. Many students from the college are at their respective positions in industries today.

Highest package in 2020- Vedanta -8. 5 lakhs. Average package - 4-5lakhs. Almost 100% of students are placed in chemical engineering. Exception if someone decided to go for higher studies, etc. Companies like Galaxy, Godrej Galaxy surfactants, Aarti Industries, Thermax Wilmar. My plan is to take the placement and further look for other opportunities too.
