LNCT Indore Faculty

The faculty at the college is mixed in terms of quality and experience. While some faculty members are highly qualified with M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees and provide excellent theoretical and practical knowledge, others are recent graduates lacking adequate teaching skills. The faculty is described as interactive, supportive, and dedicated, helping students explore and understand subjects effectively. However, the college has a significant number of faculty who are considered average or below average, with limited practical field knowledge and lacking qualifications beyond undergraduate degrees.

There is a noted discrepancy in faculty quality between initial years and later years, with better support and teaching in the beginning. Overall, out of 17 faculty members, only 4 or 5 are highlighted as particularly good. The college offers diverse courses with faculty mostly teaching in Hindi and focusing on timely course completion. Despite some positive aspects, there is a need for improvement in faculty qualifications and teaching methods.
