LNCT Indore Faculty

The faculty is not good enough some are best but some are below the average they dont know how to teach no mentorship rude behaviour limited teachers and staff not very good skills they have so this is all about faculty

What is Review Title

They are good they know the theory very well but as thwy dont know practical feild knowledge or practical things. They read books to aacumulate knowledge because no specific teacher is there for 1 subject all just know the all subject. They have to creat an atmosphere like profesionals and tepl them.that the work is there.

My college review

All the facilities are doctrate in their subjects some have completed master degree also. Our university have the best staff in all the branches. They are very interactive and dedicated towards the student. The language in which they teach us is quite easy. They are very supportive towards each student in class. They also understand the need of their student.

My opinion regarding faculty is not very good right from the beginning. Our college recruit the freshers, that is the youngsters. They doesn't have the teaching skills. They are the new comers who just have done their graduation.

Journey to a bright future

The faculty are phenomenal, with outstanding knowledge of subjects and they also give some tips to remember the vast syllabus in a short span of time. Apart from the subject practical knowledge plays an important role, the faculty also gave practical examples based on real life which helps in the basic building block of a technical subject.

My college has many faculties for different-different streams based on the subject as well as courses like Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer sciences, electrical and electronics engineering etc. most of the available faculties are a doctorate.

faculties are good from theoretical point of view. No faculty concentrates on practical knowledge and hence the teaching level is low as compared to other universities. most of the faculties teach here in hindi and more and more focus is given to course completion within time .
