LNCT Indore Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

in our college campus, we are eligible to setting in placement for the 3rd year 5th sem TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO the highest package of our college is 18 LPA max 80 to 90 percentage students get placed in our college placement depends on the student's skills not on the college

From the third semester students become eligible for campus placements. Very few with lots of knowledge have the capability to crack placements. Very few get placed with good package. The company visited are byjus, TCS, Wipro, infotech, agrotech, etc. The highest package goes around 7lpa and the lowest goes around 2lpa. The percentage for placements are necessary about 7 cgpa atleast. My plan after my degree is to prepare for civil services.

Phizer, cipila, Sunpharma, Ranbaxy, Dabur. TCS last year 29 lakh highest package in Amazon. Mahindra, Cognigent, cysco.

No not good as a placement because all colleges want to get publicity for the new student they placed an enginneer student to a finance company or in marketing company and for publicity they have a full 100 % placement record for get new students as a honeypot so every parents and student can attract by the college. In our college by the name if intership they have to get money from us they have a 5000 rs compalsary for every student Our MD has a company so that you can go or not it doesnt matter 5000 is compalsary without it you can not go to colkege placement. If someone want to take an iternship from outside so they do it but the stapulations are such high they dont get attendence for it they have to pay 5000 for intership where you can take part or not and thats why i lost my placement beacuse i didnt pay 5000 and with me 20 to 30 students not pay so in the placemnet our name is not there by our TPO cells.and henece we are not in the list so we are unable to sit in placements.

There is no entrepreneur cell in college and the placements are the worst in the last 10years or so. Almost all the companies that visited had non-technical job profiles and the salaries offered were also not attractive. The Training and Placement Cell is not in contact with alumni and this year only 10% of the students got placed in open and closed campus altogether

Yes our college gives us internship. They provide us with all resources and facilities that are required for our training and experience with real industrial problems. There is no fee charges applicable for it for college students itself.Placement from campus itself are average. 50-60% students are placed from each branch every year. All the major recruiting companies come to our college for placements. The packages with which students are placed that are also good. Average package of all students in more than 3,00,000 every year.

Like I mentioned few good companies came to our college, It was newly established still few companies shown interest in our college, It was a college gimmick or publicity I am not sure but after that few more good companies came to our college. Few of the talented and eligible candidates appeared for INFOSYS, KPIT and got selected. I am from that 2008 batch and I was heavily impacted due to the recession at that time.

At the time when i got passout no placement was there some company's they will call if u will get select there may be they will not send offer letter also after completing engineering if you are lucky you will get job from there for me after completing engineering i searched job for 1 year than i got joband the city like indore you will get so many chances to improve yourself and get job.

Placement was not so good. Most of the time students were placed through off campus. For computer science engineering and other core branch some companies of Indore also visited the college. While there were no MNC directly visited my college. We got opportunity through pool campus aur off campus.

i was not so happy with the placement there is too much competition across the colleges it self.
