The infrastructure of my college is one of the best thing as all departments has there own buildings with classes and practical labs
The faculties of my college are well educated and has expertise in their respective courses .
Maximum faculties of my have the PhD in their respective fields and have the best experience in teaching qualities while the mentors helps students in various matters and problems of faced by students

The bus facilities for day students can be improved

My college provides one of the best placements to students. Students from semester 6 to semester 8 becomes eligible for campus placements. The companies visited my college for campus placements are TCS, TATA motors, Bharat Forge, HDFC ergo, syntel , Mahindra, RDC concrete, L&T,etc. The highest package offered was 56 LPA

Likes

College has a very big library and has so many books
There are canteens and snacks centers available
Teaching is good because of most faculties are PHD

Dislikes

Expensive for a small city like islampur
Campus is not that big and roads in campus are poor

Placement are provided many companies visit also college gives internship opportunities to students. Placements are offered from third year onwards. And visited companies take aptitude test so college beforehand has scholastic aptitude subject

The library infrastructure and architecture is very good
The teaching environment is also fresh and good
There are various activities conducted on college other than course work

Dislikes

I didn't like the staff here, it seems like they don't have any knowledge

Placement Experience:

The placement rate in 2024 is about 80%. The placements are good and various companies come to our college to provide high paid jobs. The average package is around 500000. And the highest package of this year is 900000

REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD COME TO RIT

Likes

the most beautiful thing about college is their wide and big library with all the facilities needed
the infrastructure of the college is also beautiful and unique
the college provide bus facilities for the students who stays under 90km area

Dislikes

the office staff is bit non cooperative but they are helpful and kinda rude
in comparision with fees the labs are not yet well devloped and maintained
the uncleen washrooms is one of the main thing i dont like in college and i think it plays and important role

Placement Experience:

placement is quite decent compare to college in similar area . Average package is 4LPA and maximum package in campus reached is 30LPA and off campus is 45LPA . placement ratio is 8:10 and percantage is more than 90% therefore no need to fear about it after college life you will surely get a decent placement depending on your hardwork and knowledge. mine plan is to get off campus drive but before it i wana complete my Mtech or MBA . many companies visit college like Wipro , Tata , Wipro , LG , Atlas Global , etc

Brief Review of Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology, Islampur

Likes

The college is trying its best to implement various schemes provided by the government under the New Education policy.
A proper environment is provided by the college for the hollistic development of students through technical and non technical clubs, which are promoted by the institute.
A multidisciplinary approach is taken by the college which will for sure help all the students in learning various skills needed in their respective sector.

Dislikes

There are not as many non technical opportunities in the institute.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the sixth semester onwards. I do not recall of any company which has visited and not given any offer. As per my information the average package for our department is around 800000 and the highest package was roughly around 1300000. The exact figure for percentage of students getting placement is not known to me but the reccesion in global market has even affected the institute.I plan on getting a placement and working in an IT firm after my degree complesion.

Likes

Library and college infrastructure is literally awesome
Canteen and caffet area are avilable to chill
Good faculty and helpfulness available in rit

Dislikes

Sports and gym facilities are bit disliked by me
So labs are yet contaning some old machines which needed to be changes

College placement is decent with average packages of 3,50,000 lpa and the highest package is 18,00,000 and 75-80% for assurity of placement is available at the college. You can also apply out of campus for greater experience facilities help you to explore.

We join this course because of the popularity of this college and the course and my branch is the core branch of the engineering and in next 3 to 5 years big demand in this branch students in the industry's . There are in all india this course is available but in uper India we have to improve the course in upper India

Campus, free nature of overall institute.

Less attention on sports and attendance is almost compulsory

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements. A lot of MNCs visit and recruit students for an average salary. The highest package at my time was 15 LPA and average of 4 LPA. During my time in college around min 70 percent of students got placement.
