Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very well designed. I have seen various companies that have some eligibility criteria. Our institute curriculum follows all these eligibility criteria and we can get all the basic level knowledge of the various domains

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 144000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement rate in 2024 is about 80%. The placements are good and various companies come to our college to provide high paid jobs. The average package is around 500000. And the highest package of this year is 900000

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for open category is 1,44,000 rs and for obc,ebc,ews the fees us 84,000 . The students whose marks are more than others i.e when they are top students they have to pay only around 26,000. The sc/St caste has to pay only around 6000 rs for one year .

Campus Life

The campus life is quite good. The campus is inspired by greenery and there are various trees on campus. There is a lawn for students to sit with better facilities. There are also clubs running in clg like coding club, dance club, music club etc

Hostel Facilities

The facilities in room are 1.room with attached bathroom and toilet 2.wooden bed 3.desk and chair for study purpose 4.cupboards The mess menu is quite good and good is also quite good in taste . The registration process is generally offline.

Hostel Fee: INR 32000 per year

Admission

The eligibility for the computer science engineering department was 93%in CET and 88% in JEE. The application form is generally filled out offline, and there are various teachers to guide you about the application.

Faculty

We can interact anytime we want with aur faculties. They are supportive and give us all the possible knowledge related to industry . They conduct various workshops and also extra lectures to make you understand the concept clearly.

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

The placements offered by my college are outstanding compared to other colleges in my area. Almost all students become eligible for campus placements in the 7th semester. Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
