RIT Islampur houses a very dedicated and active placement team that regularly organizes placement drives as well as professional training. The institute is associated with several industry partners to provide the best platforms to the students. RIT is associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and has an AICTE sponsored Skills and Personality Development Center, which conducts aptitude and skill development training, and motivational sessions for its students.
RIT Islampur also offers guidance on career and GATE / MPSC / UPSC. The institute helps its students get 6-month full-time internship opportunities, including international internships and fellowship programs. Moreover, foreign languages like German and Japanese are also embedded in its curriculum, and the institute prepares its students for GRE / IELTS / TOEFL.

- There is nothing to dislike in college but something such as the there is a very big campus that we cannot reach the places at 9 therefore it is difficult to reach the classes and lapse and time sometimes
Placement Experience:
There are campus interview and student can get the campus selection and package nearly average and equal to 3 lakh Rupees by the college because if we study to good then the college provides placement there are many companies coming to interview and college and placement and there are many skillful clips that we can increase our placement

The placement rate in 2024 is about 80%. The placements are good and various companies come to our college to provide high paid jobs. The average package is around 500000. And the highest package of this year is 900000

- The college is trying its best to implement various schemes provided by the government under the New Education policy.
- A proper environment is provided by the college for the hollistic development of students through technical and non technical clubs, which are promoted by the institute.
Dislikes
- There are not as many non technical opportunities in the institute.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus placement from the sixth semester onwards. I do not recall of any company which has visited and not given any offer. As per my information the average package for our department is around 800000 and the highest package was roughly around 1300000. The exact figure for percentage of students getting placement is not known to me but the reccesion in global market has even affected the institute.I plan on getting a placement and working in an IT firm after my degree complesion.

From the 7th semester, you are eligible for college placements. A lot of MNCs visit and recruit students for an average salary. The highest package at my time was 15 LPA and average of 4 LPA. During my time in college around min 70 percent of students got placement.

- Library is very good and have all facilities in library.

- About fees they every time disturb students for fees and various other fees
- As campus is big but lab at different locations students need to take long walk for every lap practical.

In RIT, sangli placement cell is very active in our batch intrested student in placement having 100% placement with average pakage 250000 the placement is doing very good job I say they having various contact to the industry and MNC

The college trains you for placement through various programs from the third year. the placements are decent with an average package of 2.5 LPA. The students have to put in a lot of self-study to get placed. Hard work pays.

The campus placements of college are good. In college, various companies visited. Foremostly all of the IT companies visit college for placements. For core branches, there are few companies. Core branch students try to be placed in IT companies and the college provides support to them. For the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Every year TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, Mahindra, KPIT, D- Mart, and many more companies visited a college campus. Every year 500 + offers are offered by MNCs. The highest package offered was about 18 LPA and the average package was about 5.5 LPA. Almost everyone is able to get placements. About 90%+ students get placed every year. My plan is to get a good placement after my degree.
