No these types of facilities are not provided by the College. And even if provided the information regarding this is not provided to each and student. There are only 1-2% chance if any scholarship or opportunities provided by the College. And for this, I'll give the rating to the College 1 out of 10.

My admission was through the REAP, from there I've got the TFWS seat for the Course, as of due to family income. College also offers scholarship programme, but I don't opted it, as I'm already getting by the University or Govt.
