A Short Overview of GITS, Udaipur

Likes

Socially And for Enjoyment this college is good. You will meet many people from different parts of countries. There is a big campus.
The infrastructure and facilities of college are too good.
The college pushes students for scholarships and new Carrier Growth opportunities.

Dislikes

The Student Section and Fee Management section is very rude and disrespectful.
The Facilities like Wifi are Not easily accessible and the connectivity is terrible. Labs are not accessible anytime.
Some Faculties needs to be replaced as they are inexperienced and lab assistants provokes students.

Internships Opportunities:

Interships are usually based upon student's CGPA and are usually private without stipend. Students have to search for themselves for internship opportunities. Briefly, I liked the college. It has good connectivity with places. The area is safe. Infrastructure and facilities are decent. While I didn't liked the too much rules and regulations of the college.

The management is average but they are freindly
Campus is good and well built infrastructure
Campus feels more airy as it is close to nature

Dislikes

hostel food which is really bad. they only provide quality food during admissions for impressing the students and family
College management is very poor as for understanding students. they are also biased for some students.
they also pressurize students for attendance even if there health is not good. they debart from exams without any reason

Placement Experience:

From 5 semester students become eligible for interships and placements. There are many companies like infosys, secure meters, pacific industries, and many more. Highest package is around 12.5 lakhs and average package is around 3.6 lakhs. 40 to 50 percent student get placement if they are good enough. My plans are for pursuing MBA in mangement or finance.

My college experience.

Likes

my college encourages the students for learning skills by conducting time to time trainings.
the faculty of the college is very supportive and help us with almost everything.
the enviroment of the college is very good all the students encourage and help each other.

Dislikes

the college keeps pressuring for the attendance if we dont do so they take strict actions like debarting us from mid term exams.
they dont allow us to do internship if we have college classes...they say doing classes is more important.
some of the faculties are not that experienced .

Internships Opportunities:

there is no paid internship..they give the goverment internship to us so that we have a proof that yes..we have done internship...also that internship is done inn groups so like like only one person is putting efforts.

the best of this college is there is so much of greenary and excellent environment and fresh air
the faculty of the college is so much helpfull
the placement of the college is also more than good

Dislikes

i lived in hostel and hostel bathrooms are not clean
there are so much assignements given by teachers
the fees of the college is too high compare to the placments they are providing

Internships Opportunities:

the interships college offer us in frontend web development internship with 3-5k stipend the project on which I worked is youtube clone and netflix clone and I got ver ygood understanding of react js I have learned basic of node js also in this internship

The best thing in my college is teachers are best
A medium campus in the college and parking also
Placement in case do you have proper skills and knowledge

Dislikes

Mess food is very bad quality and test is bad
Management system is very poor and higher position man communication is very bad for middle class people
Not provide intership and some technical skills in case college provide some training so they are charged extra

6 semester student is eligible to seat in campus placement but the company is not visit to our college poor management UltraTech and wander cement The highest package is 400000 max My plan is big in my career because any company give me chance we are proved my self in my work

My review is that we got good placement from the college college bus!

The girl and boy ratio is every 10 boy par 4 girls girls ratio minimum then boy
The quality of the infrastructure, including campus amenities and learning facilities
The relevance and rigor of the course curriculum to your personal and professional development

Dislikes

The aspects of the college that you appreciated and those you felt needed improvement
engagement with campus life and the quality of social interactions.
The faculty's expertise, teaching methods, and mentorship quality.

Placement Experience:

Companies start coming from the seventh semester and a lot of companies come to our college. CGPA is required for this. CGPA of at least seven is required.After getting the degree, one has to get placement; whoever gets the placement, gets a good job.

About internship

Likes

My college provide good environmental education and knowledge
Hod of computer science department is very good and supportive
Campus of my college is very good in nature and it is situated in near the mountains

Dislikes

Placement is not good in our organization
Not good at practical things like lab are just for fun
Teachers are biased for some students ...

Internships Opportunities:

Our college provides very good opportunities for internships as of my previous internship i did is from my college suggested and they are providing very good internships remote as well on site. And the faculty are very supportive.

Good for degree, Not for college life.

Likes

Campus Size is large and grounds are full of greenery.
Faculty is great in few departments like Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Sports exposure once a year at IIT Jodhpur.

Dislikes

Bus Service, Students are forced to stay standing in bus despite of paying bus fees so that faculty can sit. Also, buses are overfilled
Majority Computer labs are running Windows 8, That is discontinued by MicroSoft. Hence outdated learning experience.
Canteens are based on contracts and canteen people tend to leave the college due to malpractices of college management in Money related matters

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are mostly off campus, a few companies may visit college for internships. If you don't get internships, you'll have to attend courses and college will exempt internship. I've done an internship through college in Flutter App Development at Editors Chamber. I had to build multiple apps and debug and improve previous apps. College served as an intermediatry for the company as the company owners were our Alumni.

About My College and My Hostel Life

Likes

I liked about the environment of this college and infrastructure of this college.
I liked about the teachers and the study environment and all teacher are fully approachable.
I liked the greenery nature of college and I liked that city not so far from the college.

Dislikes

I doesn't like about the college hostel the hostels are not so good.
I doesn't like about the biased teacher of this college.
I doesn't like about the so much strictness on students.

Placement Experience:

I think from 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements . There is no such big companies visited for recruiting students some udaipur companies visit to college was Secure,In Time Tec and FBSPL. These companies gave a package the highest package offer was 25 lakhs and the average package was about 5 - 6 lakhs. My plans after getting degree to get a perfect job of highest package from this college.

About My College

Likes

I liked about my college is that in this college study is strict not so but the study is good and teacher are highly educated.
I liked that the environment of the college is fully secure because there is so many guards and CCTV cameras all around.
I liked that the teachers of this college is so supportive and friendly in nature and they you not only teach about books they teach about the life and giving the intresting lectures.

Dislikes

That the college not so big campus have only medium campus .
Some of teachers become bias about one student who score good marks in their subject that thing I dislike the most.
That the admission they do not accept any online payment at admission they only want cash in this digital India how can a person carry cash.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies for the internship are secure,fbspl,time tec and etc are the companies giving opportunities to do internships.And if students want to do internship by their own they can do no one can stop them.
