21 Jun, 2025 Finolex Academy of Management and Technology Ratnagiri has extended the Online Pre-Registration deadline for UG Admission 2025 upto June 27, 2025. Aspirants must register online @mu.ac.in/admission and should also submit the college application form separately. The merit lists will be released at the institute level if seats remain vacant. Finolex Academy of Management and Technology Ratnagiri has released the First Merit List for PG Admission 2025. The selected candidates must pay the fees by June 21, 2025 (5 PM). Further, the Second Merit List will be out on June 24, 2025 (6 PM). For more details, Click Here.

Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (FAMT) was established in the year 1996 and it is affiliated to University of Mumbai.

FAMT offers a four-year full-time B.E. course in six specializations with the intake of 60 in 3, 30 in 2 and 120 in the remaining specialization. It also offers 3-year full-time MCA course with the intake of 30.

The application form is provided on the website of the college separately for BE and MCA. Candidates are required to download and submit it offline at the college office.
Candidates who have passed HSC/ 10+2 or its equivalent qualifying examination with minimum 50% marks with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry from a recognized board and have appeared in MHT CET/ JEE Main are eligible for admission to BE course.
Applicants who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university and have studied Mathematics at 10+2/ graduation level as well as have qualified MAH MCA CET are eligible for admission to MCA course.
Selection of the candidates to BE and MCA is done on the basis of merit through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the competent authority as per the guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

FAMT B.E Admission 2024

Finolex Academy of Management and Technology offers B.E in 6 specializations. Candidates who are Indian National and have completed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics and in any one of these optional subjects viz. Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical or vocational, when taken together, are eligible for admission to BE course.

Applicants who have completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with 50% marks or have completed B.Sc in any discipline with at least 50% marks are considered eligible for admission.

Admission to BE is based on the score of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) / Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main as prescribed by CAP (Centralized Admission Process) which is conducted by the Competent Authority.

FAMT MCA Admission 2024

Finolex Academy of Management and Technology offers three-year full-time MCA course at the PG level. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university and also have studied Mathematics at HSC level are eligible to apply.

Candidates who get a merit number through CAP conducted by the Competent Authority are considered for admission. The score of MAH MCA CET is considered while preparing the merit list of CAP. CAP includes the display of available seats, filling the options form online, followed by allotment of the seat and reporting at the Admission Reporting Center for the verification of the documents.

My College Experience: A Comprehensive Review

Admission:

Admission is taken on the basis of MHT-CET or JEE. Candidates should be 12th pass with science stream eligible for this course. CET cell conducts the admission process. Admission:

There is no GD, Interview or written test for the admission. The whole process is based on the marks obtained in CET or JEE. For the admission, the student must be having all the documents such as Aadhar, Marksheets, etc. College does not retain the documents after verification. There is total transparancy in transaction, student gets receipt for each penny he/she pays.
