The placement record of the college is good. The record is of 80 percent of the students are placed every year. Recently the benchmark company has recuretted many students. Company like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro and many more visit campus for placement.

Many companies like Wipro,TATA, etc come for placement in college. Highest package is 4.5 LPA and average package is 2.5 LPA. 80% student get placement in companies after placement drive. If some students does not get placed they also have many opportunities.

The placement record of the college is very good. More than 70% of students are placed every year. Different companies in the IT sector visited our campus like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, Infocenter and many more companies and startups.

The placement section is very good at Finolex Academy of Management and Technology, Ratnagiri. Training and placement section at our college is very serious about placing students into good companies. 50%-70% of the students get placed.

Also there are special talks organised by industry professionals for the students so that student can learn about the actual practical scenarios going on in industries. In 2016 there were hardly few companies visited for campus drive. Internship not provided by college not a single reference they gave to student. its totally depend on student not any involvement of college into internships.Few companies which are small scale visited and about 20 % student got placed. there were eligibility criteria for each drive. they carried few aptitude exams before placements. Yes college did arranged few seminars training programs to make students ready for placements. They provide special barclays training for interview group discussion training

In Kolhapur there is Wilo Pumps company I have visited that IV. Also two times mumbai and in Pune IV is arranged. But because of my personal problems I didn't participate. Honestly speaking 30-40% students gets placed. Because our college in Ratnagiri which is small city. Every student can not be placed. All are not that genius. But Percentage ratio and placement incoming companies ratio are gradually increase. Institute take so much efforts. As I said above take aptitude paper, group discussion, knowledge of industrial applications. But if students don't do practice study then institute can not do anything.

Yes, the placement facility is good if I say in percentage of job offer to batch is about 45-55% and for the whole braches average percentage of job offer is about 40-45% i didn't get job from these placement but they give better job placements. If I m talking about internship they provide internship in complex industry whose plant in ratnagiri.

There are some companies which are visited my course for campus drive. some are Finolex Industries, Wipro, Godrej, Dhoot Transmission Pune, etc. Recruitment Steps are company presentation, Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Technical Interview, HR Interview. There are Tentativoe 60% of students are placed in my college every year. Institute take special steps to prepare like a seminar on placement related, Courses like soft skills and group discussion. In vacation, we look for internships in certain industries related to our subject.
