This scolership is only for open students in which they have benifited half of their institute tuitions fees to every students.
Others are various scholarships which are differential by the section

The fee structure may be deemed as a bit expensive as not everyone can afford it. The college charges Rs. 91000 yearly for this course which makes the total tuition fee of three years to Rs. 364000, which is a bit costly.
