The Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojna (MYSY) offers scholarships up to Rs 2 lakh or 50% of the tuition fee, whichever is less, for students with over 80% in board exams and a family income below Rs 6 lakh per annum. Students with an income below Rs 5 lakh are eligible for a 50% fee reduction. The complete cost of education is approximately Rs 24 lakh, with annual fees for government quota (GQ) students being Rs 5.93 lakh, management quota (MQ) Rs 18.25 lakh, and NRI quota $27,000.
Hostel fees are Rs 15,000 annually, excluding food and other charges. Additional scholarships include the Kanya Kelavani scheme offering Rs 4 lakh for female students and support for ST category students who are exempt from fees. Education loans are available at an 11% interest rate, with banks and societal trusts providing easy access. The fee remains constant without hikes, and GQ fees increased from Rs 5,93,000 in 2020 to approximately Rs 8 lakh in 2024.
There are nine semesters, with each costing Rs 2,96,500. No campus employment is available, but internships offer a stipend of Rs 18,000.
