Admission into the college was through NEET exam, which is a national exam conducted every year for admission into medical colleges. I was assigned this college on the basis of my marks by the medical counseling committee via an online counseling process.
Our college take student welfare measure an exclusive measures to ensure the safety of their students. Also in our college the usage of e portfolios are encouraged for documenting the learning of the students. Our college also undertake collaboration with national and international agency to shape the future of the students.
Positively we have a good ecofriendly and green campus. It's so relaxing and clean, well maintained RTCC. Negative is transport facility is poor and costly and patients are also lesser.
The college is very strict. So only less freedom is there. Especially for girls they may not tollerate here. As our institution is situated in a rural area (forest area). So there is no nearby town.
Positives first:- 1)excellent teaching 2)beautiful campus. Pretty well maintained.
Negatives:-
1) orthodox people
2) hostel mess food sucks. ( rice sambhar rasam and vadas mostly. Pretty monotonous food and for someone who is not from south India it sucks.
3) college canteen is ridiculously small
It only serves biscuits, coffee ( no tea)
Some shitty packed juice which doesn’t taste that good
4) the canteen only serves rice biryani dosa samosa coffee and bakery items and has very very limited options.
5) we are fined for everything. From coming late to forgetting id cards or not wearing uniforms.
