The college provides campus placement which is a main attraction at this time, usually, it starts from the fifth semester and a good number of our alumni are working in the big 4s through this placement.
There are various scholarships and financial aid to support those in need.
Faculty of the department of social work is amazing. they're all very experienced and amazing mentors.

Dislikes

Rules are very strict, but that is Rajagiri culture. Rajagiri has its own way of functioning, which might not be acceptable to everyone.

Days in rajagiri

Likes

The college library facility is upto the standard of the college with giving access to many educational sites and knowledgeable guides.
The college provides different types of club activities to enhance the teaching standards of the college as well as the students.
The college gives many chance to the students who are interested in sports.

Dislikes

The college is strict on uniform and the problem is that the rules are changed according to their wish.
Some of the clubs are default for the bsw students.
Not enough parking spaces for the vehicles of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Now there was a rapid change in the course ciricullum as new degree program was launched and the students who is still in the old curiculum is still following the old one and may be difficult in the time of supplementary exams that they have to write.

Exposure given in the social work department of Rajagiri College.
Faculty of the Department of Social Work is amazing. They're all very experienced and amazing mentors.
Facilities and infrastructure provided by the college is top notch

Dislikes

Keeping fieldwork aside, Rajagiri College life is very minimal. Not a place for students who want "college life"
Rules are very strict, but that is Rajagiri culture. Rajagiri has its own way of functioning, which might not be acceptable to everyone.
Co-curricular activities are comparatively less, eg. sports and cultural activities. Right now, the management is trying to catch up on that.

Placement Experience:

In the third year, students become eligible for placements (my degree was a three year degree, it might be different when it becomes a four year degree). Interested students are given training for interviews, GDs and job selection processes by the placement cell in the college. I had not applied for placement, so I don't know the details of the salary package.
