The curriculum is for 5.5 years, (4.5 years of undergraduate study + 1-year compulsory rotating internship), which is divided into three phases as follows: Phase I - Pre-Clinical (Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry) 1 year Phase II - Para - Clinical (Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine) 1.5 years (reduced to 1 year for our batch due to COVID by the NMC) Phase III - Clinical ( Otolaryngorhinology, Ophthalmology, Community Medicine, Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology) 2 years, divided into part 1 and part 2. There is average faculty: student ratio All the professors are at least postgraduates in their specific field. Teaching is done through didactic lectures using PPTs for the nonclinical parts, and the clinical subjects include real case observations in the government civil hospital attached to the college) There are terminal exams twice every year, which is medium in difficulty to pass

I want this course because it is very much in demand as well as it is the best professional course all over. Facilities are also too good, to be honest. There are a total of 4 exams per year . 2 internal, prelims, and university exams. You have to pass all these exams.

Becoming Dr was a dream for me and my parents. Faculty students ratio approx 1:15. Faculty qualification MD or MS degree in the respective branch along with medical GPSC qualified.(Excellent qualifications) Exams were regularly held by Saurashtra University and were moderately difficult to pass for average students.

I choose the MBBS course because the passion for doctors is very respectable. Our college staff is so helpful. They are very humble. they have a very qualified person. our physiology staff is superb. our anatomy and biochemistry staff also good

Unlike engineering in medical professional there's no placement process ,we get MBBS degree after graduation and we can apply for post graduation for that you have to clear NEET PG with good rank After graduation you can apply for job in government hospital or private setup After MBBS you never gone be job less you have bright future

I had cleared neet 2019 with 575 marks. To get gov. Medical college,526 marks were required. So its the final that i should get gov medical college.there are 6 gov medical colleges in gujarat.i prefer rajkot because in neet pg,the toppers are come from this college. this college has very good faculties, better education system, better practicals sessions etc. In the process of admission it is online system.After few days of neet result, the merit list is declared. So we choice filling the colleges. I select pdu medical college rajkot then gov medical college,baroda. I get admission in pdu rajkot in first round. Also my village is 110 km far from this college. So i often visits my village n enjoy with family weekend.thus this college is owesome.
