Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College Rajkot Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College offers MBBS on the basis of marks/ rank secured by the candidate in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by CBSE. Students who have passed 10+2 in science stream with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology. Also, candidates are required to obtain a minimum percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology combined.  

Candidates aspiring for admission to the MBBS courses offered by PDUMC can apply through CBSE NEET website. Only online mode of application and fee payment is available for the interested candidates. Candidates who have qualified the entrance test are required to attend counselling conducted by the board where the seats are allotted on the basis of NEET score. 

Note: Candidates who have studied from the Foreign/International Board must ensure that the qualifying examination passed by them matches in scope and standard with Indian universities.

Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College offers MD and MS degrees at postgraduate level. The institute currently offers 6 MS programs and 13 MD programs with specializations in Anatomy, Surgery, Orthopedics, Forensic Medicine, Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Skin, Obst. & Gynacology, Psychiatry etc.

• Selection of candidates is done on the basis of marks/ rank scored by the candidate in NEET PG.
• The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the program is MBBS degree with 50% minimum marks.
• Candidates seeking admission to the MS/ MD courses offered by PDUMC can apply through NEET PG.
• Candidates are required to select test center and test timing as per their convenience.

Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Candidates with multiple applications will be disqualified for the current academic session.

• Candidates must apply under NEET PG All India 50% Quota Seats only.
• Candidates who have studied/passed MBBS from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for All India 50% Quota seats.
• NEET PG candidates may choose between Forenoon or Afternoon session for the entrance test as suitable.
