Admission to MLN Medical College is based on the NEET entrance exam, a 720-mark test in physics, chemistry, and biology. The college provides 150 MBBS seats, with 125 allocated via State quota counseling for Uttar Pradesh residents and 25 through All India counseling. A NEET score of 560+ is recommended, with ranks under 700 preferred for the state quota and under 2000 for general admission. The fee for general category students is INR 36,000 annually and INR 27,000 for reserved categories, with additional costs including a hostel fee of INR 6,000 per year for boys and INR 4,800 for girls, plus mess charges of about INR 3,000 monthly.
