Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I always wanted to be a doctor. For every 40 students, there is a faculty that I think is quite a good ratio as compared to other colleges. All faculties are highly qualified and their teaching method is quite good. Some teachers include PPT and real models while others prefer to have an interactive session, which depends on teacher to teacher. Normally on average in every two weeks, we have an exam and that's what makes our studies worth it. Because as we all know practice makes us perfect. the difficulty level is as per NMC guidelines.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the first year there are 2 term exams, December and April mainly, and it's a bit difficult to pass but if you study regular you can ace it. In the first year, the subjects are anatomy, physiology, biochemistry which forms the base for MBBS. Anatomy is considered a difficult subject due to a lot of learning required. In term exams, there's a specific pattern of questions and you can pass if you work on it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose MBBS because I wanted to become a doctor. Faculty is high in number, not sure about the ratio but it is high. The faculty is qualified with MBBS, MD/MS and DM/McH and various other degrees. Term exams are taken at regular intervals and the level is moderate.

Admission:

We've got pretty simple admission criterion. During my admission, I first applied for MBBS, the course I wanted. Then I was selected on the basis of my NEET Examination Scorecard. The students are selected mostly on the basis of their NEET-UG and NEET-PG Examination Scorecard.

Lady Hardinge Medical College: 1 Answered Question

What is your review of Lady Hardinge Medical College?

Shreya PalitStudies MBBS at AIIMS, 2022

One of my sisters is a part of Lady Hardinge College and her experience at the college has been amazing.

The college has a gigantic auditorium and administrative block, other than which there are no efficient places to talk about.

You will enjoy several outings during your stay at the college because the campus lacks a good food joint. You can also order food from nearby restaurants in Paharganj or Connaught Place. The food is nominally available in the food mess at the hostel which is not tasty.

The major downside is the infrastructure it has, as opposed to other institutes such as AIIMS, MAMC, or UCMS. The gymnasium at the college is not very well equipped. However, as per what my cousin states, it is a decent university when talking academically.
