In my program, unfortunately, there aren't any placement opportunities available. It's suggested that those interested in practical experience seek the MASc program instead. well, in these current situations, I would say there are 50 percent chances to get a placement. But if you have skills and are good enough in soft skills, the companies themselves would come up to you for giving you an offer. Try to grow instead of just getting a degree and trying to settle in Canada. If you choose the path of knowledge, all the circumstances would be aligned in perfect line for you. Try to focus on your studies instead of working part-time. Because you are coming here for becoming an IT engineer not a worker in some factories. The compulsion of the university is that the internship should be of either 4 or 8 months and it should be paid. I landed an internship at Tazwiz Inc which paid 14 CAD per hour.
