University of Sydney Accommodations: Application Procedure
Abercrombie Studios, Regiment, and Queen Mary Building are currently not accepting applications as they are full. In order to be considered for University of Sydney on-campus accommodation, candidates must apply using the following procedure:-
- Get login credentials: After getting accepted by the university, candidates will receive login credentials from the university within 48 hours, through their registered e-mail id.
- Register: Firstly, individuals must register themselves for the accommodation through their e-mail id or college id;
- Select Accommodation: Based on the availability, individuals will be asked to select their preferred accommodation hall and room type.
- Contract: Once Northumbria University accepts your offer, you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement in order to confirm your accommodation.
- Payment: Individuals must submit an advance payment of room rent, varying with the residence, in order to complete the booking.
It must be noted that students with on-campus housing at the campus must bring their own things such as bed linen, towel, crockery, etc. Moreover, at the time of application, candidates must submit a non-refundable fee of AUD 200 and a refundable deposit equivalent to 4-week’s worth of rent.
