Arizona State University’s Construction Management Courses meets the growing need for professionals with advanced technical, management and applied research skills in the construction industry. Students learn to organize, lead and manage the building construction business processes related to real estate, facility and infrastructure projects. Students learn the basics of design; the construction methods specific to each type of construction (heavy, residential, commercial, specialty); and the process of sustainable or green construction.
You’ll learn how to estimate, schedule and control the costs of a project and what it takes to manage the people involved and the various types of contracts. Graduates possess the computer, management, technical and people skills they need to succeed.

I wouldn’t suggest ASU in regards of college placement they never works out, because of the population here. You barely even get a chance speak directly with the company. NO JOKE!! It’s almost the same for all the departments until you got to choose one where there’s no Indian students at all. ASU is full of international Indian students where everyone is looking for a job. The competition is massive.
